- TheCGBros Presents "Grandma's Hero" by The Animation Workshop - As Lulu graduates from the Hero Academy, he finally gets the chance to prove himself a hero to the society that has always doubted him. He sets off on an epic journey to slay the legendary and terrifying dragon. But to his great despair, his sweet and over-caring grandma decides to join him, and what should have been an epic journey full of freedom, blood, and beautiful ladies becomes a family trip that will test Lulu’s nerves to their very limit. This needs to be an option in RPGs. If you can raise your cooking craft high enough and discover what each boss eats then you can beat the game by feeding everything. Making friends you can call on when you're in a future jam. That would be AMAZING!

Undertale is an RPG where you can do that. Not always offering food, but every single enemy can be interacted with as you fight them in a way that lets you end the fight peacefully.

He dosen't have it to bad. His grandma way is heroic (just differently), he still gets laid (he should just negotiate with grandma time for privacy) and i would rather have a horde of monsters on my side than against me.

Omg I loved this! The characters. The plot, the musical visual storytelling and the conclusion with the grandmother’s teaching about kindness sinking into her grandson before the final blow to the dragon. Just wonderful!!
I don't have many memories of my grandma but she was my only grandparent and she passed recently. Thank you, just made me really think of her more.
The message in this you can accomplish more with kindness then you can with Force👍💖

This deserves its own tv series on adult swim. truly amazing storytelling mixed with gripping visuals and the only words spoken were bye-bye and cookie. outstanding job!
True not everything can be solved with brute force. If you adapt to the needs of your obstacle (person perhaps) Accommodating for it can lead to greater yield and a stronger bond. Now this man made friends with a dragon XD

I think the message of this short is violent isn’t everything being merciful and Kind has it’s merits but done in moderation Unlike this hero that got smothered by his sweet grandmother 👵 but her kindness mange to get to him
This is still one of the best animated short videos I've watched. It really brings violence into its true perspective, contrary to how glorious other media paint it. All you have is suffering and pain as a result of the selfishness and greed from a few individuals
he didn't kill just the men, but the women, and the children too.
You were the chosen one, you were supposed to destroy them, not join them!
He killed them like animals.

tho i think he needs to do something about the bounty on the dragon's head. Another "hero" will show up and not show mercy.

Maybe the quest/bounty was not specifically to kill the dragon causing trouble but to stop it by any means. Most would accomplish this by killing the dragon but placating it might still count so long as it ceases to be a problem.
@@Athetos_Admech i could see that being a solution. tho i think a more permanent solution is taming or sum sort of symbiotic relation with people that would defend each other. if the dragon does not understand or speak comin to defend by word of mouth, heros remains a vulnerability.
