Nice! my channel concept is not exactly unique but you have strait up copied my avatar and just changed the text.
Not that I really mind that you have just as long as you don't copy/reupload my videos.
At least you have not copied everything like another person which even had links to my facebook on their channel.
They still uploaded their own videos so no harm done there either.
