Why is the music so bad in this? The original PC version had CD-Audio, why didn't the PSX just use the same CD-Audio tracks as the PC version? Especially since the PSX version uses lower resolution graphics and video with heavier compression, there should be extra storage available for CD-Audio tracks on the PSX version as opposed to the PC version. Must not have wanted to pay licensing or something.

It's too bad this doesn't run correctly on PCSX2. (2K5 does, and so do the games after that one) - It has issues when you get to the menu. It slows down to like 5 percent too. World Series 2K3 on PS2 does something similar: the menus work fine, but it slows down when you start a game. Hopefully the devs fix this soon, as the other 2K3 and 2K4 titles I've tried work fine (like NBA 2K3, 2K4 and ESPN NFL Football (2K4)).

Seeing this makes me think they could've put this out on the original DS.

Urban Chaos has an interesting plot, an excellent system of shooting, fighting, driving, parkour, smart Artificial Intelligence, this game is one of the best. GTA 3 is worse than this game.

i played this game on the 90s as a kid on a pc so slow that i coudnt even run it well, to me, this game had really good graphics, until i download it again after a long time and noticed how basic this game was, but ey! nothing can take your infancy.

I was considering picking up the HD version on Steam, but after looking at some footage and comparing it with the original - man does that vaseline-like smoothing filter they slapped on that version completely ruin the visuals. I'll stick with emulation.

Awesome and exciting. When I'm not sitting at my grandfather's house, watching him unplug and plug in all the cords in the electrical outlets, I'm going to keep coming back to this video and watch it slowed down to .5 pkayback speed, to make sure I don't miss any of the awesome text and lifeless animations. Those are my favorite parts of this 10 minute video. So happy you skipped the animations of the mechs battles scenes. Who wants to watch that anyways. You highlighted all the BEST parts.
