      The whole universe and beyond vibrates continually making tone. The whir of the planets and space itself makes sound, tone and so do you. What is "normal"? Your brain and spirit was tuned into the vibration of things, everything and all. It's ok and should awaken or expand your awareness.

    I just discovered something..if you watch the re connective videos and are able to feel the energy in your palms-and then if you listen to this and with circular hand motions both hands above your head-I at least felt like I could feel the energy moving all around above my head like I was massaging above my head but felt it deep in my brain and when I stopped the circular motions The effect was much less still good but much to a lesser degree . I don't think I ever felt anything like it. Beyond the tones themselves. And it feels like a deep cleanse. Call me crazy but there's something worth exploring so thought Id share. Also, Recently on ancient aliens it was about how all the ancient structures or many of them were acoustically tuned to ten hertz-that's why I looked up ten hertz. Put it all together, and experimenting with energy and ancient tones is an experience of immense possibility in my view. Also and lastly watch TAT videos-that combined with re-connective healing and this video and putting all of it together is worth the experience in my opinion. It's like an elaborate circuit board , TAT-re-connective healing, the energy from those two modalities and then these tones. Now what else is there to add.....

      John Doe I'm not sure what kind of situation it does but if you are curious you can easily find studies proving that at 10hz your brain is supposed to be in some sort of really good state. I'm not really sure what happens when you listen to audio that is at 10hz, or even if it does anything, hence my skepticism in my first comment.

      The effects are verified to be existent, however, they differ wildly from person to person. So all the above description of the effects is rather more pseudo than science.

    • @Kanamaelle
      @Kanamaelle Před 7 lety +6

      Yes it's scientifically verified. For example you can read Denis Bédat talking about this. They found that the brain of depressive people give no 10hz frequence (sorry I don't speak english very well).

    isnt the human ear capable of only hearing from 20 to 20000Hz?

    • @controllerbrain
      @controllerbrain Před 6 lety +3

      This paragraph explains it. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beat_(acoustics)#Binaural_beats
      The two tones are within the human hearing range, it's the third tone that's 10hz. You don't actually hear the 10hz tone but your brain waves sync up with it.

    • @supernova719
      @supernova719 Před 5 lety +3

      10 hz is the frequency your brain creates from hearimg the two different tones. If you're using earbuds or headphones, listen to just one side, and you hear two different frequencies. 10 hz is the distance between the two audible frequencies, which your brainwaves match when they hear it. In music, we think of this as two notes that aren't quite in tune. The shudder sort of effect we try to get rid of when tuning, meaning that the frequencies are matched

    • @faizyarya51
      @faizyarya51 Před 5 lety +3

      That's why this in binaural. Two audible frequencies are used. Their difference(10 hz) is received by our brain.

    • @AlphaBoss92
      @AlphaBoss92 Před 2 lety +1

      The difference is 10, so the two frequencies being played for example are 300 in one ear and 310 in the other.

  • @maxarntzen8858
    @maxarntzen8858 Před 3 lety

    Hey :-) thx!
    How can it be 10Hz if human is not able to hear 10Hz?

    • @AlphaBoss92
      @AlphaBoss92 Před 2 lety +2

      It's playing at 10 beats per second, this is not 10hz in frequency, anything below a 20hz frequency (give or take a few) is undetectable by human brains.

    • @gabrielebernardi1669
      @gabrielebernardi1669 Před 2 lety +1

      He's playing a pure tone at 135 Hz on the right ear and a different pure tone at 145 Hz on the left ear. Your brain is capable of perceiveing the difference between the tones and "generates" a third virtual tone of 10 Hz (145-135). To be more specific, if you monitor the brain electricity while listening to this, the electroencephalogram will show an increased 10Hz brainwave activity. You're not directly listening to a 10Hz tone because as you said you just can't.. our lower limit is around 20Hz. I hope this helps :)
