In this video I share with you my 3018 CNC enclosure design. Having an enclosure for your CNC machine can reduce the high levels of noise and mess created by the machine. All parts and dimensions can be found listed below.

Well, the magnets won't be attracted to the aluminum extrusions, but I'm sure that's not what you meant to say! Looks like an effective and attractive enclosure. Thanks for sharing.

You should do a second generation of the 3D printed RC car. That video got way more views than most of your videos anyway. I think the 3D printed RC car will help your channel grow

Great Freecad tutorials. Would you consider a tutorial animating 2 or 3 gears? Perhaps using assembler 4 or python.

    Great design
    Magnets on Aluminum 2020?... ;-)
Thanks for sharing your design with all of us :-)

I agree! Aluminum is almost totally transparent to magnets though, so you can just hide a steel nut or bolt inside the extrusion, and the magnet will pull on that like the aluminum wasn't even there. (Our robot's magnetic endstop encoders run right through the aluminum guides, this comes out very clean!)

my idea was to print some kind of magnet housing that I could attach to the inside frame or find some kind of T-Slot shape one to slide in 👍🏻
