When calculating the cost , should consider the minimum defined service cost for the IC engine car - Oil, Oil filter , Diesel filter , Spark plug & air filter change. Also no need to consider the battery replacement cost because we already used the battery for the distance we considered. The actual cost comparison between Fuel charges and the Electricity bill
Also company gives u 8 years warrenty which means car doesn't gone to stop after 8 years efficiency of battery will decrease from this duretion. If it has any problem before this time period company itself will service the battery.

Interesting Video. Thanks. പല ചോദ്യങ്ങള്ക്കും ഉത്തരം കിട്ടി. ഒരു ഒറ്റ തിരുത്ത് മാത്രം. Super Capacitor വന്നാലും 10-15 sec കൊണ്ട് charge ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞാലും regenerative braking കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം വാഹനം മുഴുവനായി charge ആകുകയും ഒരിക്കലും charge ചെയ്യാതെ ഓടിക്കാൻ പറ്റിയേക്കും എന്ന കാര്യം തെറ്റാണ്. ഇത് possible in future അല്ല.

@@jns7278 As you said IC engines can run for 15 to 20 years but you didn't mention the KMs. In 15 to 20 years how many times you'll have to change oil, oil filter, air filter, clutch, engine mountings and other moving parts which are vulnerable for wearing.
Then you mentioned about flex fuel. Not all manufacturer make flex fuel engines. Ethanol had less calorific value so it might reduce the efficiency too.
I personally own 2013 model swift clocking 1.08 lakh KMs. Properly maintained and services in Maruthi service Centres. Still after 1lakh km the performance reduces.
If you do a dyno test in an old car, you can see the power and torque had been reduced. To regain this you will have to overhaul the engine. Even after that it will not reach the factory level.

Yes, not required to be in neutral, motor act as generator when vehicle move without motor power. Hence breaking effect. So when you are not using accelerator motor act as generator.
