🎥 Step 1. How to check Windows Security, Microsoft Windows Defender Status
PowerShell Command to Check Microsoft Windows Defender Status:
Type: ↪ get-mpcomputerstatus ↩ command and press Enter.
The command output displays information about Windows Defender, such as the status of Anti Spyware, Antivirus, Behavior Monitor, Real-Time Protection, and more. For example, if the Antispyware is set to True, it means the security solution is running. e.g. If Antivirus is set to False, this means the security solution is turned off. The command also displays other important information, such as the Windows Defender Antimalware version, last time update, and more.
You can create a batch file, to quickly check the status of Windows Defender. So, with a double click, you can easily check the status of Microsoft Windows Defender.
🎥 Step 2. How to Disable Windows Defender on Windows 11 Temporarily
Steps to Disable Windows Defender Temporarily 👉
Open Windows security center, Go to Start and Type Windows Security, Click on Windows security, then go to Virus and Threat Protection, Under Virus & threat protection settings, Click Manage settings.
You have to turn off all security protections, to Disable Windows Defender Temporarily.
But with this method, You cannot disable Windows Defender anti-spyware and antivirus.
Also, Windows Defender Scan options are still available and if you restart the computer Windows Defender real-time protection will be automatically enabled.
🎥 Step 3. How to Disable Windows Defender on Windows 11 Permanently
Steps to disable Windows Defender permanently and completely using Registry Editor 💯
✔ Step 1. To disable Windows Defender permanently 👉
Navigate to the following path, to open the Windows defender key in the registry:
🔑 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender 🔑
Right-click an empty space in the Windows Defender key (folder) and create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name the Value ↪ DisableAntiVirus ↩ and press Enter. Double-click the newly created Value and set the value data from 0 to 1. Create the second Value using the same options, and name it ↪ DisableAntiSpyware ↩
Then Right-click on the Windows Defender folder, create a new key and name it ↪ Real-Time Protection ↩. Select the Real-Time Protection folder and create 4 values with the same parameters as in the Windows Defender folder:
↪ DisableBehaviorMonitoring ↩
↪ DisableOnAccessProtection ↩
↪ DisableScanOnRealtimeEnable ↩
↪ DisableRealtimeMonitoring ↩
✔ Step 2. To disable Windows Defender permanently 👉
After adding all values and keys to the registry, Right-click the Windows Defender key (folder), Select Permission, and change Permissions to Read-only for the SYSTEM and Administrators.
If it's not greyed out, just uncheck the Full Control.
If it's greyed out, you have to take ownership of the Windows Defender key (folder) and then uncheck the Full Control.
Then you have to Disable Tamper Protection from the Windows Security Center and Restart the computer. if you try to access Windows Defender settings a warning appears that your virus and threat protection is managed by your organization.
🎥 4. How to Enable Windows Defender on Windows 11
To Enable Windows Defender And all of its security features, Open registry editor and go to the following path:
🔑 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender 🔑
Right-click the Windows defender folder, select Permissions, And change permission to Full Control for the SYSTEM and Administrators. Then you have to remove all keys and Values we added manually.

Hi, what do you trying to do u want to disable Win Defender?
Or just need to separate your antivirus from windows defender?
It does not matter what kind of antivirus we are using, if you are using any third-party antivirus that means it takes all control to windows defender, if you don't allow both, just turn off your anty virus, restart your PC, and make sure Defender works, so then continue to follow my video there are all steps explained, where you stuck just let me know by time?

Hi, If you turn off it Permanently (Step 3), You can easily enable it back by deleting reg files, which we added (Step 4), or just download the txt files from the description (Download All Useful Files), save it as a reg file as shown in the tutorial 15:15. You can disable and enable Win Defender easily with a double click. anyway, it is better if you watch the video carefully and look at the description, so you will understand the whole process.
