I wonder how long will it take to charge? This circuit is designed for maximums 500mah(actually 300mah) battery. Charging of two batteries with this circuit may take 10 to 12 hours. So total project doesn't seem effective. A Removable battery system and an external chsrging facility would solve this problem.

I was wondering the same thing , hence i have decided to use separate charging system for the 18650 batteries with bms as input and output. , I will also replace the switch position from circuit board to outside on the conver panel .
