So something I don’t quite fully understand, Denji only regenerates when he’s given blood, so in order to obtain multiple of his body parts they must also be giving him blood as well. Are they testing his regenerative abilities or could they be using his body parts to feed other devils? I’m really wondering why they’re collecting multiple body parts instead of one.

I am so PUMPED to see Asa again!! She's been off screen for so long and I can't wait to see how strong War has gotten and how Yoru will act now. Maybe Yoru even has more control over Asa because of the recent events? We'll see. Asa wielding Denji as a weapon is likely to happen I think, either soon or at the end of this arc or part 2. It might also be figurative. In the sense of Denji being such a golden retriever hearted tool that Asa uses him to fight Death or some other big threat, because Denji is a) sacrificing himself or b) not cooperating otherwise. Regardless, I have been saying since Chainsaw Man Church and Barem were introduced in part 2, Fujimoto has been cooking!!

I read this chapter yesterday and Fujimoto went absurd on hurting Denji as much as possible. We don’t know the fate of Nayuta since he’s been asleep for a week plus Yoshida revealed that he’s no longer able to help Denji “have a normal life.” I felt so bad what’s been happening to Denji especially since now they’re actively dismembering him. I’m actually glad that Asa and Yoru is finally showing up.
Also, Fumiko can go Thanos snap herself 😤

I found Denji’s legs being amputated to be the most unnerving bloody moment of part 2 so far, because of how helpless Denji is in that moment.
Also, Yoshida from his demeanor doesn’t sound like he is trying to be mocking towards Denji, just disappointed that this situation has become possible despite his attempts to make sure Denji lives a normal life.
Also, Fumiko, is really weird, I guess she wasn’t being truthful about her feelings about chainsaw man to Denji.

Alongside Reze potentially being in the Detention Center, I'd like to imagine we could see the new Blood Devil also. Power knew that when she reincarnates that she'll have no memory of her life with him,and will likely see Denji as a enemy,asking him to remind her of her old self. Power could very well be there and used as a means to stop them from escaping.
hell this also might be the place where Aki was given the Future Devil,it originally got locked up by public safety & was re-captured.
I swear chainsaw man is literally the modern devilman. So many references, so many parallels, very similar concept. I just hope it doesn't get as dark as devilman and that nayuta doesn't get the miki makimura treatment.
Reminder that Public Safety was also cool with Asa turning Denji into a weapon because it'd keep him under control. (Ch 145) Also Fami may not want to erase Death but Barem does (ch 151)

If Fujimoto is really making a story as short as the first part of CSM the ability to have a satisfying conclusion would be extremely hard, unless Fujimoto ties every single plot point into this arc then I do believe there could be something similar to a "part 3"

I think we’ll see the fall devil again and I think while the war devil does it’s thing, the fall devil will make another meal but this time composed of devils and I think the main reason is this is the only time we’ve even seen a place with a lot of pure devils and I find it very interesting that this setting has been chosen and then maybe we’ll see this prophecy maybe come out in the form of a hybrid, I think this is one of the few ways this story could end somewhat quickly
I just think it'd be really funny if the girl at the end is actually Reze.
Except it's Asa's uniform, and "war" basically spoils that it's Yoru/Asa.
And the way she stands is similar to way Yoru's standing, altho it's a stretch.

remember in the beginning of the chapter we saw Denji on the hospital bed and he was asking where nayuta was also he was mentioned that he was sleeping in the hospital for a week and he wanted to save her but also was mentioned that he can’t have a normal life now that he is chainsaw man also after that he tells pochita that he wanted to save her and he said how can you save her without your legs and it cuts to him on a bed getting his body dismembered by some doctors and some guy with a eye patch starts smoking and they said hey you can’t smoke here and they asked him to leave he was like he can’t leave since he was assigned to kill Denji if he does that also they mentioned that the Tokyo devil Detention center was for devils and that no devil has left the facility and the chapter ends with someone standing outside of the facility and my guess is that it might be asa who is outside
One could assume this facility is where Aki met Future Devil in part 1, right? Makes sense that it’d be the same.

I have a few things to add. I don’t think those are asa’s legs, she wears below the knee skirts and the shoes look alot like reze’s pair. It could be reze but im not sure, I dont think its asa tho.

So by the looks of this chapter, they are using parts of Denji to create stronger chainsaw people.
I know it won't happen lol, but the last time we saw Yoru, she was on a super high, happy that the world remembers her, and is now stupidly strong. What if she's so strong now that she is just like "Inescapable Devil Prison Sword" and the prison just goes poof and Asa has a bigass sword 😂. This hella intense prison is just gone by one sentence from the War Devil, and all the devils are free. Singlehandedly starting a war. Fujimoto (at least in part 2) is the kind of guy who likes to jump ahead and make you think something will be a huge story, only for it to either go to something else, or get speedran lol. As cool as it would be, I don't think he'll go on an in-depth prison break arc, I think this will be fast and crazy.
Currently, chapter 156 is out, and just to clarify: what I want to say isn’t going to be about that chapter, it’s just a thought I got after watching this video.
We know that this is a devil prison, and nobody has ever escaped, but we also haven’t asked; *is it possible that power is in here?*
Like, their is a high chance that reze is here; captured, can’t be easily controlled, is too much of a threat anywhere else, it makes sense for Reze to be here, but how about the blood devil? Beam? Who else might be here besides denji? Also, what condition are they in? Presumably, reze is probably also in a bunch of body parts since she’s a hybrid, but what about any other devils? Why are they here specifically? Is the gun devil here? (We never really did know what happened to the gun devil after it’s defeat. We assume it died since aki died, but we also don’t know if it reincarnated or not.)
What exactly is contained here, we don’t know currently, we have ideas, but untill chapter 156+, we kinda don’t know.
Also, I wonder if kishibe is with nayuta: last time we saw him lwas like, 20 chapters ago? And as of 155, he hasn’t shown up, so rn his involvement, if any, hasn’t been seen. To add on, we never really got the resolvement of nayuta’s battle, or what she was planning on doing, which kishebe bringing her to denji, but also seemingly not watching after that, so I wonder why he’s out, if any reason. (Also rip meowy, you will be missed.)

Yeah after the whole control devil arc situation, it don’t seem as interesting. It’s been dragging ever since. Twist with the gun devil and control devil was top notch and hard to top clearly.

I honestly think War will turn Denji into a weapon but I believe it will only be for this particular part of the story. We will still see Denji transform like in part 1. She's going to find only his head and then turn his head into the chainsaw weapon she's holding in the image and I can speculate its going to be used to fight off Reze.

When I saw that panel with Pochita telling Denji he doesn't have legs and then straight after him being literally dismembered, my jaw dropped so fast. I wasn't shocked as much with Power's or Aki's death.
