- EASY HOLIDAY OATMEAL COOKIES
1/2 cup melted salted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 whole egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups oatmeal (whole)
1 cup raisins or cranberries
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Made oatmeal cookies natabangan po ako but for my daughter ok naman,ang wala lng ay cinamon powder naubus na pala,pero masarap pa din.I add cashew and pistachio na naka blender tira ko sa sansrival.Thank you Chef may option na pang regalo yummy pa.

Nag bake ako nito last week lang.. nung natikman po ng pinsan ko na 2 years old nagpagawa agad tita ko..Hindi po sobrang tamis and kahit na lumalig at hindi sobrang tigas. Good for kids po talaga.. thank you

I did his recipe with less sugar. Dahil mga kasama ko sa bahay mga ayaw sa matamis haha. I only put 1/2cup of sugar, and it tastes good padin! This is the only oatmeal cookies recipe na success kong nagawa. Thanks Chef!

I made these yesterday and oh boy ANG SARAP!!! Although feeling ko masyadong malambot ung dough dahil wala akong nilagay na wallnuts or any nuts kaya parang wet masyado because of the butter kaya I added more oatmeal and flour next time di ko na dadagdagan. Ang sarap gagawa ako ulit bukas 😍😍

Made this yesterday and added chocolate chips more walnuts. I don’t have a convection oven so the flame is at the bottom. I always use the middle rack and place an inverted cookie pan where I put my pan with cookies to avoid too much browning of my cookie bottoms. Or I use a pizza stone. I have been using the “Barefoot Contessa’s” recipe always, now I use yours. Salamat for the recipe chef!😋😋Watching from NYC🇺🇸

Chef, thank you so very much for this delicious recipe! Because it has rolled oats, I decided to make it for breakfast. I reduced the brown sugar to only half a cup but also added 125g of chocolate to it and the result it just too delicious.😋😋😋😋😍😍😍😍

I just made this tonight and nagustuhan ng 6yo daughter ko. I used dried cranberries. I also made the chocolate chips cookies ,ung unang batch naging flat. Ung second batch na nilagay ko sa ref while waiting for the 1st batch to cook, maganda naman shape nya.

-Added margarine to make it softer
-cooked in broiler/turbo for exactly 10 minutes at 150°

I baked this today with my super little stars and it turned out to be so yummy! Since, we are allergic to dairy, I replaced the salted butter with canola oil and added 1/4 tsp salt. Salamat talaga sa cooking lessons nyo, Chef! ❤️
