They need longer sentences and I am pretty sure that any one going on to remand waiting for court should be in solitary which will stop any chance of getting messages to threaten victims

I think he'll serve a third of his sentence, law just change for serious offences.
Law got changed he’ll probably do 9.5 years but the prevalence of the crime, I doubt he’ll be out before his sentence is up, the parole board will deem him too dangerous to be out of hell be on curfew/house arrest
