i love ethel is like the worse but i highkey felt bad for her when she ate lunch alone. idk i feel like she needs a real friends. for some old reason i like the cult girl(still don't know her name sorry bout it) bc 1 SHE GOT PIZZA 2 she just has a killer outfit and a very classic hollywood face(you know the diva look with a hint of sadness). josie is iconic with her iconic brother kevin(i feel like they need to have solo and together scene bc we know they are great friends but what about a family dinner?!?!?!?!). choni and veronica being the charles angels remake we needed. reggie was great playing the goofy jock guy who isn't a ass. bughead where great being a iconic duo who are solving the same mystery with different sides(which is good so they each have solo storylines that tie in). I feel bad for Archie but I can see how it's going to play out. So yeah I really love this episode AND IM STAYING UP TO MIDNIGHT FOR SABRINA
Is it just me, or does anybody else think this season is too Stranger Things meets It? The D&D clone, the main antagonistic monster in the game coming to life, the parents experiencing the monster when they were kids and now revisiting it again as adults. It's starting to become too much of a copy for me to take it seriously. Also, the song they played during the drug lab investigation was the inspiration for them calling the drug Jingle Jangle, as it's a 1969 song of the same name by the Archies.
I haven't seen Stranger Things, but I've heard about the parallels. It's still early in the season so hopefully Riverdale will forge it's down path. Especially since the show runners have said they will not be going the supernatural route with the show. ALSO... Jingle Jangle is a BOP 👌 😂
Also all I can think about Archie doing with 642 is the Archie/Glee crossover that RAS wrote

I agree with all the above lol! I'm going to try to start watching CAOS tomorrow evening after work or early Saturday, have fun watching!
