What's your opinion on putting plastic sheeting on top of the soil of the crawlspace? Is trapping the moisture a bad idea? A lot of people recommend it, but wouldn't the moisture just accumulate underneath?
Is it a better idea to just have good subfloor ventilation to allow the soil to dry by air circulation?
