This game, even though it would look performance heavy on your mobile device, actually works flawlessly on my iPad Air 1. It has no hiccups, unless you’re using boosted definition of course. So thatgamecompany did AN INCREDIBLE job. Kudos to you team.

It's improved a lot since 2017. There's a story, and it kinda brings the game full circle. It's really beautiful. It looks like a childish game but it's not really. It's just an altruistic game with insanely gorgeous visuals that will evoke emotions out of you. Truly a must play game.
"Mobile First", so hopefully we'll get it on consoles / pc eventually. The original reveal made it seem like it would be mobile / apple TV only.

So sad their art director founded Giant Split. It clearly shows the visual magic is missing in Sky.
This sounds like an amazing social game to connect different people. We musn't forget that if they decide to do mobile first and one swipe, it means that my 3 year old niece can play a positive gaming experience, which hopefully will get her excited about games. This game has a place in the market, most definately. I can't play it until it comes to android or ps4 though, and I would want to play it on a big screen. I love tgc, jenova chen and journey changed my life and perception of many things, so I am still excited for this game, it looks really wonderful and aweinspiring.
I don't think 3yo toddlers should be placed in front of ANY tablets let alone should play any of such games. They should play outside.
Denise, I think you're generalizing here. You raise a good point - we should avoid the dangerous case where kids dont get to learn and play outside and have face-to-face social interactions - but what of children in hospitals? What of children who can't go outside and play, for various reasons? I think games like this are a wonderful medium to explore and develop to engage children in social activities, introduce them to concepts of teamwork and the importance of sharing, and so on. And the multiplayer factor could also mean great bonding experiences for both parent and child!
Denise Nova I don't think you are giving That Game Company enough credit. Their games are a wonderful and meaningful experience that is worth playing for anyone at any age.

Hello from the future, u will probs have forgotten about this buuut, it’s been out for a while now so hopefully your now 5 year old niece (woah time flies) can still have fun with this!
Absolutely love the game! It’s been a wonderful adventure so far and making friends here is amazing. Since the game is still limited in to certain countries, several of the older players are all mostly familiar with each other. There are names that most colored capes would recognize. I’ve met people working together only to find out we’re all friends that met in different areas of the game. It’s a fun experience, stumbling upon a player you know working on a puzzle. It’s great.

I think what the fans meant by saying "Play together with my family and children" was that to be able to play it TOGETHER on the SAME console, in the same room. That's what will truly bring people closer together. What the heck has happened to local multiplayer co-op? Do developers honestly think that playing online with somebody is a better co-op experience than actually playing with a buddy, physically in the same room? If anything's going to bring gamers, people and families closer together, it's couch co-op.

MrWereverforever tgc is a very small studio, while the game actually really only came out about a year ago. They’re working on getting it to Switch, but due to covid, had to postpone it to 2021. The footage here was all from Sky’s beta stages

The same universe where Wii, Wii U, Switch, and certain other titles can only be played on consoles and not PCs. It’s about the content, not the specs. A full screen TV helps too.

I fear that I won't be able to play this game without subconsciously comparing it to Journey..
Nearly everything about it looks the same, which is fine because I love Journey, but being too similar could lead to disappointment.

It doesn't look as good as Journey, I said it looks just like Journey. Journey was so good because it was a totally fresh and original experience. This borrows too many mechanics from Journey for it to feel like it's its own thing y'know? The leaps between Flow, Flower and then Journey were vast. From what I've seen so far, this seems more like a step than a leap. For all I know however, there is much more to be shown, so I can't fully say until I've played it.
Had the same problem with ABZU (wich is pretty much Journey in a ocean). The game is very beautiful thought
