I love this it’s so cool to see a bit of lore in this way! The end scene of the bustling marketplace/community of travellers turning to the isle of Dawn through time was so cool!!
As a side note I would *love* to see that plains/river area at 0:40 in a future season.. I can imagine us rebuilding some small huts or market stalls for the seasonal quests and take it back to the flourishing place it once was (like enchantment!)
It's still kind of sad when you think about it, it looked so beautiful before, maybe all the other realms were also extremely different then what they look like now, I hope we will have time travel just to explore this past we didn't get to meet, and maybe face the enemies of the past... the old crabes looked really cool!
Also... do we have the outfit of the person next to the sky kid in-game? 1:30

Folks, Imagine a season where all realms are changed to a version of "this past"... With all the spirits alive and doing their daily chores...
I think this would be the best direction for the game to evolve... But maybe they plan to make another game just for that in the future... Who knows?

It's a abandoned old civilization with a small amount of spirits from the old generation, that teach you.

Plz make the next seasons about this lore, this is much more interesting to me and the type of cinematic story telling we want, to immerse ourselves in the mysterious world of sky we all fell in love with
Sky's story follows the same premise as Journey's, wander a vast world, collect light and save creatures. (Spoilers) Then you have to die at the end to finish the main story. Sky wasn't made to be a game in the sense that it would be a great adventure with lots of story, it's a social game at heart. Either way though, I love it as it is, and love the lore they do have, even if it's a bit confusing and not all spelled out.
@@Phoenix-lq9bm i don’t disagree with you, but there is no reason to waste time on seasons about totally unrelated children’s bedtime stories, which while lovely in and of themselves, have nothing to do with sky or the world in which it’s set. This next season while cute in ways is rather bland and unrelated - and certainly expensive when compared to seasons past. I would much rather an exploration of whatever this trailer is illustrating than an over priced season about some random book.
@BlastAnims maybe next game TGC will do just that. At this stage I think it's too late to change the core of the game.
Sky could really use some lore, not in a way like we know the story of every single ruler im the past 2000 years and how they ruled, but just something to add a lil more depth to the story

Before the elders fell from orbit.
Before the ancestors died and became spirits.
Or before the children of light fell.
all stars combined make the megabird, and all that makes the megabird is the sky kids

But we understand if TCG never makes a movie about sky but it would cause a spike in the sky community. The movie could be in the past in the eyes of the spirits and the fall of the kingdom of sky

Just like us with all spirits since the pointer spirit has the same Form like us in general but without cape

so the "spirits" do have a physical body :"c it's sad that they are gone now and turn to memories to be relieved 😭 (i can't even imagine the assembly kids 😭😭😭)
when I realized that I was just so sad man 😩😩😩😩
I mean, we knew theyvwere spirits but seeing them like this now, with a real body, makes it harder to digest.
TGC never confirmed that the Assembly kids die when they are young, we just know that the spirits that we relive are their good/best memories, that was just a theory that they die young. Please don't make this game be a dark and depressed one.

We definitely are experiencing it 100% already. I played it on mobile originally and just moved to the switch. Started anew because I wanted to experience it all again unable to accidentally skip cutscenes.

@@d_mann5232 considering that spire at the end I'm pretty dang sure that final scene was def the isle. Maybe all those mountains and rivers are all under the ocean around isle? And with all the other realms having so many clouds (besides forest) perhaps they're on the tallest mountains that survived some massive flood?

Every time a survey asks about what could keep me playing, I always answer more lore will. This is absolutely stunning and gorgeous and it would be an understatement to say that I would love to see this turned into a season. Great job TGC, you once again outdid yourselves with this one!

I am honored and humbled to have been lucky to see SKY growing in action, lot's of people in the future will envy me for this. I hope the devs at tgc are thinking BIG of SKY just as much as we do.. I hope they take the Film\Animation suggestion seriously bc it will be wonderful for the fans if we get some lore and backstories maybe entire plots happening wether in the present moment or in the past of the kingdoms. People seeing the movie for the first time, without even playing sky, will be in awe.

喔喔喔這個影片超好看的啦!從好聽的背景音樂，流暢的敘事方式跟精緻畫面呈現，每一個點都狠狠地戳在我的點上!!明明已經重複看超過5次了，但影片每次跳出來還是會不由自主地點進去...
題外話，我真的沒想到居然會影片裡面聽到國樂的演奏(二胡跟笛子)。還記得上次聽到如此高品質的國樂是在十二國記，沒想到時隔多年居然又在這裡聽到，而且厲害的是中西樂完美融合，毫無違和，感受到製作組滿滿的用心!
I came back to this and I have to admit, Project Aviary and the ending past version of the Isle of Dawn have some visual connections. I'd love to see Project Aviary paying homage to what was the history of Sky

I think we really need a season where we step into a spirit’s shoes and see how their past was when they were alive. Now that would be cool.
So Eden is sort of like the castle of the kingdom, and Valley is the other parts, sort of city, of eden. Like, all the buildings, behind walls of a kingdom. Another thing that I need to point out is that on the map, both valley and Eden are red in color. This suggest that they were a connected area at once.
Why is the exploration of whatever was happening here not our next season? Also this is very beautiful.
