Bombardier R142 with Newly Retrofitted LED Side Signage

An R142 car #7021, was recently outfitted with a new LED Side sign in service on the 2 line. These side signs are similar to those seen on R188's 7501-7510 on the 7 for testing. As of now this is the only car retrofitted, and is only a test.

I think the R142 trains will be transferred to the 6 train upon the retirement of the R62/A car classes and replacement with R262 trains.

Some of the R142s will be on the 1/3 trains also when the brand new R262s comes in the future for Cbtcs.
