Not really. Squatting with too much tension in the lower back ( bending over way too much) or during the glute bridge she's engaging complety the lower back again while glutes bridge should only be a pelvic retroversion..
Talk about synchronicity! Today was THE first very time I did a stretching routine after completing a workout in a very long time because of the realization of how unbelievably tight my muscles are. I have made a pact with myself to complete a stretching routine at least 3 times a week. It’s definitely psychological, but I am more compliant with stretching exercises if I am following an instructor. Thank you for adding a warn up and stretches! You are changing so my lives for the better!

Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I'm currently following dietarize fat loss meal plan for three weeks already, and my boyfriend has started complimenting my body 😊Great video, keep up the good work!!

If all you can do is a workout, you deserve to give yourself grace and deserve to feel satisfaction in the care you have done for your body. Don't tell people they are not enough, they are not doing enough. Keep that debilitating mindset of always having to do more to yourself. Don't tell others what they "have" to do. That causes harm. Share your story and be on your way.
Working out in itself is a total plus, something that will benefit you and your body, mentally and physically regardless of what you eat every day. Eating junk and working out is better than just eating junk and no exercise. Just a note to all people struggling with bad eating habits like myself.

I love this workout! It was challenging, but at 61 years old, I could still rock it! (I just had to substitute lunges for deadlifts with 2x 8 kilo weights because my knees are worn out). Thank you!

I was 312 lbs after losing 143 lbs after having serious complications and GD during my last pregnancy and a totally abusive and unsupportive partner. I've followed this routine for three months and a now am 268 lbs. I do this routine 2x, 3 days a week religiously and pair it with 40 minute brisk walks with the dog in the mornings before eating and do an hour of walking slowly in the evenings for low impact work. I'm seeing results. Might look I to another routine as I am slowly peaking. I am not ready for cardio yet XD

After the long week of workouts, I was pretty worn out by the time I finished part 1 of this workout. To be honest, I nearly shut it off... my legs were so sore! I'm glad I pushed through it! After pausing to catch my breath and get some water, I finished the workout and felt much better. This leg day workout is really nice. I enjoyed the set up and loved how we rested our legs periodically with some core work. 👌 Loved the set up!!! ❤️ Thank you for all your hard work!!!

I have been doing this work out for the past week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and wow. Love it. I never thought I would anticipate the mid beep and count down beeps. Kicks my ass.
