  • In this video I have showed how to create Basic Parametric Modern Style Wood Door Family that can change width, height of the door as per your requirement. Even you have flexibility to choose your own measurements for frame width, frame depth & panel thickness with custom materials. I am new to CZcams, forgive me for my mistakes. I followed your video .The door doenot turn out parametric. It shows error if I change any of the parameters.
    It shows
    Constraints not satisfied
    Error 1 :
    Frame/Mullion - Sweep id 5550
Dimension : Linear dimension style :Default linear style : label :frame depth id 7937

it is just nice looking... we cannot change our doors dimensions... so it's not full parametric! really I'm becoming crazy! I'm not able to make my customized door frame and adjust it as I need in the project!

Its fully parametric you can set frame depth, width, shutter depth, door width and height as well.

KnowInArchitecture sorry man but...I have followed you step by step. When we removed the width constrains I’m not able any more to manage the size. In any case I’m doing another frame. Have you tried to check if it’s working on your file? In any case tomorrow I’ll do again form the beginning if you say me yes
