The wheezing sounds he makes afterwards are almost like he's crying, besides that he's covering up his all face, almost to hide the fact that he's in pain. He follows it up with a look of complete exhaustion and confusion on his face and coughing sounds, like he witnessed something completely terrifying and cannot process it, like he saw a family of hamsters die in a car accident. What makes this whole situation even better is the fact that his eyes are perfectly covered up with a shadow, which makes this look even more weirdly scary. If you showed me this clip with no context of who that man is or what the situation is, I would be genuienly scared for him
