I got a Klootbox being a huge fan of BlackPink (i love those girls). the only negative was it took forever to receive it. (over a month) I do understand it's international and it was in December but my excitement got the best of me. The skincare makes it more exciting to me!

I ordered a Bts box with Jimin as my bias in subscription around Black Friday with a promo code.
Unfortunately I am very disappointed about the box.
I got 5 items: a t-shirt (quality is ok), plastic figurines with tiny tan, 7 cards from 2022 greetings series, lots of stickers and a wallet with damaged print (I thought it’s a dirt but it’s just damaged). Plus 3 snacks.
Even though I ordered a subscription with a specified bias I didn’t receive anything particular with Jimin, not even a poster or something with printed name „jimin”.
Feels like something is missing in my box or I just got a wrong box. Usually people get some items and like at least one item with their bias and I got nothing lol. Or they get like 6 items if there are mosty little stuff in set, got 5 (I know that they say it’s up to 6, but it’s not like I got now a pillow or a plush toy). Box is not worth these money and I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund.
I also had to pay about extra 10 euro duty costs (I live in Germany) so its not worth to send it back… Only plus is that box came in less than a month.

Btw plastic figurines are not full dimension, just printed 2d on plastic. I can send pictures of everything if someone is interested.
