Ronnie’s rear double bicep was already starting to show signs of some sort of damage on one side. People don’t really wanna admit that a guy from today like Phil Heath would have beat everyone from the 90s including Ronnie Coleman on curtain years. Phil Heath in 2011 & 2012 was damn near perfect with no weaknesses.

phil is a very complete bb, probabbly the most complete ever but that dont mean shit when dorian had 30 lb of lean muscle on him, and way better condition

Bwahaha Phil's narrow delts, small clavicles, gut. He'd never play anywhere near the top 10 in the 90s, he wasn't conditioned enough.
If you are picking and choosing years for when Health beats Coleman then you could do the same for Coleman. Compare 98 or 03 Ronnie to anyone in any era.
When Phil was off you could easily use any greats best year and say "flex, dorian, jay" could have beaten Phil. It's an unfair comparison.
Compare them at their best.

Huhh reallly????......guys just freeze the "back double biceps" pose between gustavo and jay...u will see d superiority.....man gustavo has better sweep in the triceps and details in his arms from d back....gustavo shud hauled those 2pts, totally rigged man.....agreed they may have chosen ronnie ovr gustavo in the "abdomen wit thigh" pose due to d superiority of ronnie's legs although he had a weak midsection.....but it has to be gustavo ovr jay in dat back double bicep pose....period!!!

No way did Gustavo “BIG GUT” Badell beat the “Blade” Dexter Jackson in side tricep or most muscular. Dexter has got the sickest traps for a smaller frame guy compare the bigger guys. The “Blade” outlasted all these guys who by the way took the Mr. Olympia crown from big Jay!! This Challenge round was stupid, this ain't a boxing match or WWE so Triple H should stay in the WWE office in Connecticut!!!
