    Wow... Very good information... Just I will add the Creston Sonata. I think is one of the most important pieces for classical saxophone... Maybe I could put instead of Albright's Sonata. Is just my appreciation... Good job.

      It was a difficult decision. We finally chose two pieces written by two French female composers, one Russian work, one American work and one Japanese work. Of course there are many other sonatas we would love to talk about, maybe we will do a vol.2. ;)
