I absolutely adore your version of Crowley's fall. It seems like in the mini series he fell because he "hang out with the wrong people" and "asked questions". But ur take on it was Crowley's decision to fall. All of his friends are banished and falling in agony and he asked God "why" because he didn't understand how could the Creator do this to the angels. Subsequently losing faith in God because she didn't reply. The ending where he looked up at the sky and said "i forgive you" to God is probably because he realized how God might have helped to end the Apocalypse, which Crowley consider to be an answer to his question of "why do you let your creation suffer this much". This is the most thoughtful and beautiful animatic of Good Omens I've ever seen. I love how you captured Crowley's character and his relationship to God. The lyrics is also a brilliant fit.
I think he considers hanging out with the wrong people and asking questions as a reason for his fall (AKA sauntering vaguely downwards) because asking questions led him to not be well treated in heaven (they thought they were stupid questions) and hanging out with the wrong people gave him the idea to join the rebellion. If he chose or not to fall canonically is still open to interpretation. This is a very good interpretation, great video.❤

This references everything i love about this show- how aziraphale reaches out to Crowley and sees that hes not really that different, hes just another person even though hes "the devil", really addresses the first part of their relationship.
Plus, the idea of Crowley choosing to fall, because he didnt have faith in God anymore (this frame 0:48 was gorgeous by the way, so well done - the blood red, the wings, its so well composed - just looking at it makes me feel so many things).
God and your anatomy and movement is so perfect like this frame- 1:15 its gorgeous!
this frame 1:24, crowley looks so depressed tired and the lyrics just go so well, when he cries at "its a rule i made" i cant describe how this made me feel, this animatic just became its own story by itself. Kind of addresses how Crowley, is just a person too, getting by.. plus it adresses his disgust and sadness at his relation to hell- what he chose, what he's forced into, how difficult it is to be with aziraphale. Hes just so _tired_ and i kind of ...relate.

DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE APPLE IT JUST MEANS SO MANY THINGS! the original sin fading, the hate the anger fading over 6000 years- crowley starting to forgive god (though maybe she doesnt deserve it), Crowley's walls breaking down- learning to be free again, less distrust and hate in the world

This is fantastic! I must've watched it tens of times in the past week alone, not only do I love this song and Good Omens, everything matches so well and the artwork is gorgeous! I positively love interspersing bits of Crowley "sauntering vaguely downwards" out of heaven, and the cut from Crowley to Gabriel with the "quit" is so good I don't even have words. Crowley's broken surprise and emotion on his face is so obvious, the expressions are fantastic. The images with the lyrics are beyond perfect, especially the bit with the bars and my favourite, the "too busy saving everybody else to save yourself" with the church scene and the break to the Holy Water note. God that's perfect and I love it. Anyway I have more words but am unable to express how truly great this is. Thank you so much!

I really can't describe how sad and hurt i feel for Crowley's life like.... He just wants to know.... He wanted justice and things to be fair but god Is an asshole.... Crowley Is the Most kind character in the serie, you can't change my mind.
Also, the bar escene in the animatic makes me scream in pain but it's HOLY SHIT ! 2:00 AM?! dang so acurate to the scene.... Lmao and sobs :'')
