I have a 2000 Zafira A 2.0 Diesel. It’s on 423,000 klms at the moment and still running well. In recent years it’s had a replacement fuel pump €2,000 fitted, alternator €300 fitted, one wheel bearing €120 fitted, urear door gas struts at €30 the pair, and an EGR valve not only note worthy because it cost only €35, but because it was the easiest job I have done on any car in 50 years of d.i.y. car maintenance.
It’s robust chaincam engine and still working turbo are an example of what could be done before accountants took over. It’s exhaust hasn't even begun to rust in fact there is no rust anywhere because it lives in a salt free France. I’m looking forward to half a million klms, that foul destructive water absorbing Ethanol rubbish permitting😡

It's annoying that spare parts are hard to get, spare part prices are sky high, lots of fake sensors are sold in Indonesia.
