2024- The way he flails his arms out to the side is improper. 2025. ( after a gold medal). When one is closing a 400 on the home stretch, the best thing to do is flail your arms out to the side.
Christopher is unbelievably talented which is very impressive. I wonder if some coach will try to make changes in his form or take the position of if it's not broke don't fix it. I'm excited to see what he will do in the future.
Hard to say that he is wrong when he just set the SEC record. Michael Johnson was wrong, too. I'm sure there is a coach out there thinking, "Imagine how fast he'd be if he changed x, y, z."
@@tracktuary to be fair, Michael Johnson was "wrong" in a way that we've since come to recognize is actually not wrong. Doubt the same can be said about this case
Georgia has the worst coaches but somehow they produce fast athletes , if you look at Matt boling , Elijah Godwin , and Caleb cavenaugh, to me their forms are atrocious but they all run ridiculously quick , I wonder what they could really be capable of if they cleaned up their sprint techniques
He did run a 10.7 in his heat at the 100 at OFSAA two years ago, and won the 200, 400 and came 2nd in the 100 final at the Ontario high school championships (OFSAA), so he definitely has the power.
“Not that good at Spanish” 😂
Both CAN & NGR have got a couple of special talents on their hands in CMW & 17yr old Ogazi respectively!
Everyone is born with a certain running gate this style gives him deadly momentum sub 44 soon
I hate to be that guy but
*gait

As a Canadian very proud of this talent - great speaker too. That’s a Canadian record I believe.
Bro really pulled a rope-a-dope on the track. The swagger is real 😂
Way to go Christopher, that's impressive! ♥️

It's weird, his form "breaks down" but it somehow looks like he's staying loose while everyone else is tightening up

Reminds me of Wayde van Niekerk.
his 3rd 100m split is ridiculous i clocked 10.05 with is probably around a 10.5 on the fly after running 21.00 to 200m that some serious strength.

Way to go Christopher!!
I feel like were watching the future LA olympic champion
So he has to go to Canadian national trials in June to make the 400m selection. Too bad about the relays.
Dat Boy Bad!
43.9 technically

Where's Boling?
He turned pro
He is on something
Ah yes. NCAA track and field, where athletes run fast times but can’t replicate it at world championships or Olympics.
Yeah, the body can only sustain a certain level of performance for so long
Cos they run their athletes to the ground to get points for their schools.
@@bangalykaba1154 Precisely
@@gtrdoc911 Yes. And that’s all most coaches care about.
If this kid had better form he would run faster
I agree it'll take time to improve his form but he would be faster if he changes his form Other than that What a talent!
If he runs a faster time he's the world record holder. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
@@kaii231 He is the indoor record holder. Maybe everyone else has been doing it wrong.
u cant run 44 with bad form
