For those of us that already have your book, any chance to get the additional Fantasy Springs information?
It's kind of a double edge sword, it's extremely unfair to people who don't buy it but the package itself is completely worth it. No other Disney resort in the world is allowing unlimited rides on state of the art attractions, give unlimited drinks, and whatever else. It's just so hard to beat it for what it is. TDR made DPA and stand by pretty hard to get so the vacation package's advantage is not even remotely comparable.
Disney might not, but universal does include fastpasses and there’s a unlimited option. I personally think for the price it is extremely fair. I’m going in August and for my friend and I and staying at Disneyland Hotel and it’s costing us close to 3k USD for just the two of us for two night stay versus if I would’ve done it separately it would’ve been maybe a little more than $1.5k. I doubt there’s going to be alot of people that can afford it.
I think there can be discussion on how OLC should handle capacity limits on the new land. But I do have to say when they offer an add on like DPA or the 1-day FS magic pass, they offer good value for what you’re paying for and make sure that your experience using it will be good. (I am side eyeing the ILL I paid for at Epcot for Cosmic Rewind and ended up waiting 50 min in the Lightning Lane… 🙃)

Great for privacy but it also makes the videos way more enjoyable since you’re focused on the actual attractions and not a random person walking by.

Went to Disney Sea a few days ago and was lucky enough to get our group of 6 into Fantasy Springs for the Peter Pan ride. What an amazing ride! I saw people leaving the ride crying and it definitely brought tears to my eyes.
Love how the gift shop scan ticket at entry to shop and at purchase to stop scalpers, WDW could learn a thing or two.
I can’t wait to experience Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival in person 😍
Man Japan is so lucky to get all these cute and beautiful rides and ADORABLE merch! 😭💕 I doubt the parks in America would even think of making Lost Boys merch by itself

Note, according to the WDW News Today youtube channel's video on the same package, the fantasy springs package beverage coupon allows to you to enter any of the restaurants just to get a drink--no reservation or mobile order required. So it should be easy to stay hydrated (and also get to see the interior of all three restaurants) while in fantasy springs. Great video. Also just got your Tokyo Disney Resort guidebook--wonderful, I will be spending a lot of time with it before my trip.
He had a different package. His was for anyone, this one is Japanese resident only so there may be some differences

I want to thank you for 1. sharing about the vacation package perks for Fantasy Springs MONTHS ago! 2. the amazing videos to help us be up-to-date on what to expect and 3. all of your amazing tips and tricks! I was able to get a vacation package for the end of the month, and I am so extremely grateful. Without your tips, our once-in-a-lifetime trip would have been too stressful for me. Getting up at 4AM to get in line to even have a shot at getting a standby pass or Priority Pass... ugh. You saved me so much time and given me peace of mind. Watching this video made it extremely clear that getting the vacation package was THE way to go. ONE QUESTION: Can I pick up the Vacation Package tickets the day before? I am confused about how to get in and take advantage of the Early Entry for Tokyo Disneyland (1st day park), when I technically can't check in until midday?? Thank you for all that you do! Looking forward to our amazing upcoming trip!

51:11 I did the same thing when I went back in November 2022 for the Sailor Moon Museum. I bought a child Toei Day Pass. It had the Sailor Moon Museum flyer in it. So worth it! ❤ I hope to do the same when I visit in Nov/Dec 2024 for Disney Sea. 🤞🏼
I LITERALLY think the Frozen ride has finally convinced my son to give Japan a try. We'll see if we can make it next year. Hopefully the Vacation Package will be available. The Tinkerbell ride is so sweet. Have you seen the Tinkerbell movies? The ride reminds me more of them, than of her in Peter Pan.

How do you get all of the monorail day pass ticket designs? Does each station have specific designs?
Great video! How do you book one of the Fantasy Springs restaurants ahead of time? I did not get that option when I booked my vacation package, but I booked the English language vacation package (no shows) and I booked the "Attractions" package not "Attractions and More". It only asked me to book DPA rides. Do I need to go back to book the Fantasy Springs restaurant or is that not included? Thanks!

Hey Chris. You mentioned at 29.55 if you do vacation package, you can book to eat at a FS restaurant ahead of time? But I haven’t seen that option anywhere in my VP

That access pass for Fantasy Springs is so cool! Def. would look into a vacation package for it. lol Does the merchandise shop have anything larger than a basket? Maybe a wheelbarrow? I dont think my husband and I would have enough hands for everything I'd want to buy lol

Anyone at TDS can buy FS merch! They sell it at the gift shop on the right after the entrance so if you miss out on passes you can buy merch to make it look like you made it in 😂
Thanks for sharing! For the vacation package, are you able to get your "Free" drinks at the restaurants in Fantasy Springs or do you need a mobile order to go into one? for you lookout cookout reservation, did you have to make it while buying the vacation package (or was it the day of)?
We’re planning to go back next month because we weren’t able to try any of the restaurants the last time we went.
Does the reastaurant requires “1order per person” for all of us to enter the restaurant? We want to try all of the three restaurants so we plan to just get 1 order and just share the food. Is it possible? Thank you very much.😊
The Vacation Package is definitely catered towards guests from the West since their currencies are usually more or way more powerful against yen. Also, westerners, especially North Americans, tend to do the research the least out of any foreign tourists coming to Japan, and therefore the Vacation Package can cover their laziness lol

I must know! How do they monitor / police people entering fantasy springs? Is it turnstiles? A queue? What is inside that cave entrance?! The video keeps skipping over that section.

When you purchase a Vacation Package, the site forces you to have to choose Restos, rides, attractions, etc. but in your video, I see you booked the mobile bookings on your phone… so does that mean you don’t need to follow your “Vacation Package online pre-booked picks” and just ignore them and do completely new bookings of Restos via the app?
Some added context: We didn’t manage to get a booking for lunch or any meal at Lookout Cookout via the website when we had to “force” our dining and ride activities (arbitrarily, and a month in advance).
Will there still likely be a chance to get a booking at Lookout Cookout, or the Snuggly Duckling, or the Royal Banquet of Arendelle via the app on the day itself?

Tokyo Disney look like an amazing place to visit but man those crowds seem insane. And I do feel like the vacation package is extremely unfair to regular guests. Also if I were to do the package I wish that OLC allowed for longer stays.
Although Fantasy Springs looks amazing , all the details , the rides,
Etc, I feel emotion and excitement is lacking, all the rides are slow paced, there’re all “ oh everything is good nothing bad is gonna happen “ except maybe some parts from frozen ride but very tame compared to other experiences at the park, it feels mostly they played safe, there’s no real novelty apart from the new impressive animatronics, but other than that, 2 boat rides and one Spider-Man ride system from universal studios ?
i thinks it's because TDS really needed a bit more stuff specifically for young kids. There aren't many dark rides at all, but i see your point. Still, the land itself looks really really done.
I get that Disney is for kids, but the rides all look geared towards very little kids. My 13 and 9 year old are a bit disappointed. They were hoping for a ride other than pirates style boat rides, something a bit more thrilling. You mentioned getting your money's worth for the 1 day pass, but I don't think most people would send all day in that section and ride the same rides 4 times each.....no offense but that would get a bit boring. If it was my first time there I'm sure the vacation package makes it really easy, but if you are a family they are crazy expensive vs just booking yourself. FYI, the child monorail (all japanese transit) pass, makes a chirping sound that alerts the security that a child pass is being used. If they see an adult using it the will stop you.
Hi Chris, thank you so much for the video, it is really helpful as I will be going to fantasy spring next week and have also got a vacation package!!❤ I have a question wondering if you will know the answer to it coz i cannot find an answer on official website & faqs🥲 I have successfully booked the fantasy spring restaurant via vacation package like how you mentioned in your video, but not sure if I will be able to enter the fantasy spring area again through the hotel entrance (after the lunch inside the hotel)? 🙇🏻♀️
