So you need two transmitters one for the adpter and one for the tool? What a f... move guys, if the tool is wireless why not make the transmiter embedded in the tool?
Makita now we the need the reverse, a Bluetooth remote, that accepts the chip, and lets us run our cordless tools that dont have AWS remotely with our aws vacuums. Even DEWALT made a vacuum remote control, they don't have aws but they made the more simplified remote, i dont want to invest in the flexvolt range just for a vacuum, even though the table saw is tempting, im still waiting for makita to release a 18v x2 version.
Where is the remote for the hose end? Makita alway has an ass backward way of implementation. Makita just created a way to use an AWS tool with a Festool vacuum? How about an old Makita tool with a AWS vacuum? Need a stand alone AWS transmitter.
Makita need to make a Bluetooth adaptor that sits between the battery and tool skin for people who bought tools that now come with AWS but didn’t at the time of release. If this is truly about health and safety this should be a no brainer but I’m thinking it’s about money. I sent this to Makita Uk and they just deleted my comment.
Totally agree, this is a must for makita. If I got to buy a new extractor and/or saw what’s stopping me buying a different brand like desalt or festool. I’d buy an adapter and a makita extractor tomorrow if it was released.

need a way to use with older tools. at the very least a remove control that you could attach at the end of the hose.
Dose it really need to be that big ? Also it’s too expensive
I bought a cordless miter saw but it didn’t come with aws system ,is there an option for Bluetooth vacuum or something?
The Bluetooth chip should be in the batteries.
Take it that will work on any auto start vacuum that has a socket ?

They’re too busy working on a new coffee machine and 5 variants of their site radio to make a table saw I think.
@@SammyInnit and not getting to the cordless framing nailer or cordless table saw
where to buy in Poland? thanks
Price to high that’s a joke makita and why is it so big ??

Dewalt has one, makita can make one too

Im looking for a mitre saw, but the 190mm version doesnt have aws...sooo yeah an adapter of some sort is needed. Cordless 18v mitre saw fyi
why cant one of these be made to run off a triple A battery or even a watch battery or something
how many tools can you pair at once
Up to 10 tools can be paired at once.
I'd really rather have an AWS chip that'd shake hands with my Festool vacuum's BT.
Why won't you make a retrofit trigger button like Festool?
Greed again perhaps?
I'm very disappointed in you people at Makita.
WAY too expensive
Price too high, it should be 20$ max... not the price of another vacuum...
