At first I didn’t know what was going on until I saw the trailer along with reading what’s the question was, but then I realized it. When it comes to pursuing your dream, don’t let anyone stop you from achieving your dream. From what I can tell this little girl has toxic parents and works in a hostile workplace.

A nice version of the Cinderella story, and the stepmother would arrested for kicking out a minor if she really did that. That’s always the sad thing in abusive relationships, abusers always have you trapped when you have nothing or nowhere to go. And that is the ultimate power they have over you. Some have to strength to leave, others do not.
It’s always nice to see a Cinderella type story where the evil stepparents and daughters get karma in the end

A simpler title would've been "Singerella."
I knew it was sort of like Cinderella, only there is no Prince Charming... unless you count the producer, except for it being in a non-romantic way, alongside the next-door neighbor as the FGM, only without magic.
Modern Cinderella 😍...audition instead of dancing ball... Mobile phone instead of glass shoes...and a good hearted neighbor instead of Godmother😜... Anyway nice story with a happy ending😍
This remind me the fairy tale story Cinderella as this stepmother treated this poor stepdaughter as her slaves, however like the version of Cinderella this girl has got her happy ending as her dream of becoming a singer has came true. I wished AniMatters would have added to what became of the girl's stepmother and her two ugly stepsisters because I would liked to see them punished for how they have treated her and even those she has proved that she has got talent after all they still refuse to admit that they're wrong about her or even try to apology. If I was the writer of this story I would add that stepmother and the two ugly stepsisters were arrested for child abuse slavery and will be sentance for life in prison and will be doing some labour as a perfect punishment.

remind me of Cinderella ,where tittle woman was forced to serve her stepmom and stepsisters Anastasia & Griselle . But the animated was from 1950 and it's from today. Both are awesome.

I would go to the audition if I were that girl. Why shouldn't I live my dream because of the capricious stepmother and -sisters? The story is like a modern version Cinderella. This Cinderella became a superstar in the end.

In the original Version of Cinderella the evil step sisters cut off their toes in their failed attempts to fit into the glass slippers and after the secret is out a mod of crows peck their eyes out and then those two because blind buggers for the rest of their lives.

My brother is my slave.
He does ALL of my chores and lets me take all the credit so I get paid for them. He cleans up ALL of my messes. When I do something wrong, He takes blame for it so I dont get in trouble. He does all of my homework so I can do what I want to do! He never argues with me! When we are both home....He waits on my hand and foot....I never have to lift a finger!

I'm more of a Kate Crackernuts fan, (Scottish fairy tale) mainly because instead of the Wicked Stepmother's daughter(her name Kate), being nasty to her stepsister(her name Anne), Kate brakes a curse that was place on Anne, &then Kate goes on to rescue an enchanted prince, would really love to see a modernized version of that fairy tale,
