  • Yup, you read that right. We are just trying out our NEW Echo MS-7310P CHAINSAW today and one of us on out first reaction said that and both of the others did not argue with the statement! I did cut very nice right away on the first few cuts!

I have two echo cs 7310-P saws and I love them. I keep a 24" bar on one and a 28" bar on the other. I just took down a massive oak last weekend and the trunk was 38" at the base. My ECHO is eating right trough the toughest part of the trunk now. I have ran ECHO saws for over 30 years and so prefer them to the Stihl saws. I do not have any Husky dealers even close to me and have never ran a Husky. I do 60-70 full cords every year and all with my ECHO saws. I loved the video and really appreciate you and your channel.

First impressions...About what I expected and have seen with other Echo models. Does the job but very mild out of the box. Rich carb settings from the factory and over goverment regulated exhaust. I can't wait for it to get broken in, rings set, and opened up some so it can breath/flow so we can all see what it is really capable of doing! Nice saw, and having a few extra moldy Benjamins left in the wallet is always a good thing!👍

Echo will NEVER compete with Stihl in performance. Stihl and Husky are it as far as serious professional use goes.

  • @KNLFirewood

Bert thinks a butter knife cuts better than a Stihl 🤦🏻‍♂️. Do yourself a favor and get that thing ported. Echos have so much to gain after a port job. I have one…ridiculous gains.

  • @user-kaz1958

Never saw an echo that cut better than a stihl. And still have not🎉🎉🎉

  • @gavinelliot3564

Echo bought shindaiwa and never looked back.choice.

what a stihl 180? I have both stihl and husqvarna ,I have tried 2 of echo 7310s and I thought both of them were bulky under powered tirds and they were broke in. The guy who owned them said at first they wont impress you much but over time they will grow on ya, my reply to that was so does a wart and I dont want one of them either. I will stick with stihl and husky pro series saws the are both great saws

  • @mightymouse2893

break that saw in and put the Husky Xcut chain on it, you won't be able to tell the difference between that and the 372. The 572 is electronically carburated, pound for pound, dollar for dollar Echo is the best bang for your buck. Echo originated in Echo Lake Il., its been sold a couple times. The 7310 should jive with your Husky 372 as far as bar and chain goes.

  • @bryantitus6634

Without checking to verify Im about 95% positive they went to the husky bar pattern for this saw. Basically made a 73.5cc 372xp OE with better air filtration.

  • @hosocat1410

Every echo I've owned has started much easier than stihl or husky. That's worth a lot to me.

With the way Gavin smiled after using the Echo, I think that should be his saw now. Very nice of you Adam to buy it for him.

  • @Frankzeien

I have a echo Timberwolf and that thing is a beast.

  • @grantsenechal1011

I just picked up an echo cs-590 to start a firewood business. Loving the channel. Super great tips and content. Keep it coming! I love it!

  • @benzie692

5 year warranty too! I have been running Echo' since 2013 and the collection keeps growing...they all still run great. I have been eying that saw for the past 2yrs and it's almost time!

  • @martiball4531

Gavin is growing into a great young man! Please let him know how much we appreciate his hard working dedication to the show!!!!

  • @vincentnail2881

Thanks again for showing the 7310. The saw definitely was getting better with each cut. It's going to be a really nice saw after a few tanks. Thanks guys.

  • @centralmassoutdoors

It's a great saw - definitely needs to be tuned a bit after a couple of tanks. You can hear it at

  • @Phill2tj23

I got a 7310 a few years ago when they first came out and love mine 0 issues. Bought it with a 28" bar but got a 20" on it now that ive taken care of all the big trees I needed to.

  • @glenngertz9429

Great video ! It's cool to see Echo on your channel . Using my own Echo cs7310p I can confirm that this saw gets more powerful after several tanks of fuel , maybe 5-7 tanks . I hope you guys like this saw as much as I do .

"That's also gonna get some hate mail" 😂😂😂
