It depends on the plan ....like if you select one day in a week for 15 mints , if you select one day in a week for 30 mints , if you select for 3 days in a week for 15 mints or for 30 mints ....and then for 1 month or 3 months or 6 months .....so it works like that ...what you can do is download di app and select your plan nd then you will be able to know..i hope it will help you to understand.
