so cute everyone...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅠㅠ
Mates, I just want to move to Stardew Valley. That's really all I want. Marry and amazing person, start a family, write my stories, and live in peace alongside an amazing and tight-knit community. Maybe farm and brew a little. Wait, is that honestly the message of Stardew? To make Stardew in our own lives? I'm honestly asking and realizing this as I type.
same lol like its all i ask
This is my goal too.
saaaame :) I'm trying to make my yard as stardew as possible.
If you truly do mean that, then continue reading:
This is CZcams, so I have no clue what country you are in, but here in The United States of America, there are many people who live like this, yet they tend to be older folks who just haven't moved on with technology or simply just prefer being away from the city. Haley in Stardew Valley is an example of a cityfolk living in the wrong place. I too would like to live the life of Stardew Valley, yet it is getting more and more difficult to accomplish. Thinking back, an anime movie titled Wolf Children portrayed a great example of some hardships in doing this and the adaptations needed, without it being the main point. Now, as for the reason it is becoming more tricky nowadays is because prices are inflating so much, and mankind has more control of natural things than you would imagine. Since around 1980's (maybe 1977), cloud seeding has existed, which ads mass to clouds, of course leading to rain. We've all seen how forest fires can be taken care of with aircraft. What does this have to do with farming, you might wonder, well, its that nature isn't so natural anymore. If the weather is being controlled, it tricks many wildlife out there, including bees and plants to as to what season it is. Bees are needed for pollination in order to get plants to either flower to produce seeds to grow more of that plant, or produce fruit as well. If you plan on living "off the land", then supplies for building homes have skyrocketed on prices now, to the extent that some small business that sell hardware and lumber have stopped selling lumber and related since they can no longer profit off of selling ply wood 4x8x0.5 at the price of $80 per board. You need about 16+ for a Tiny Home. 2x4x8 are now $8 - $10 each, and of these, you'd need 45+. Some seeds sold at stores have also been modified to no longer be able to seed, or to produce very little amounts so that way you may not profit much off of it. Land prices per acre are also an issue, but this is a must for these conditions as well; depending on where you chose - which state, county, climate, and hardiness zone - prices may go up significantly per acre of land. It is guaranteed possible to live off of one acre of land, but to be able to sell your crops like in Stardew Valley, I believe you would need to associate yourself with big companies that like to buy and resell fresh products. Making wine and such like done in the game is illegal unless licensed through authorities, and I am sure differs per State in the country as well. Farmers Markets are probably the best manner of selling you products to people, but keep in mind that unlike Stardew Valley, it is not guaranteed that you will have customers, or that your products will not expire until your desired date of retail. The likelyhood of being able to accomplish the setting of Stardew Valley in real life (in my opinion) might take 20 - 50 years to accomplish in this day and age. Years to gain experience and learn, years to get to know sources and people, years to gather money for the investment in the dream, years to establish your reputation and get it know by people, etc. The important things to have to accomplishing this dream is dedication, motivation, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, social skills, bartering skills, knowledge, money, back up plans, acceptance, and more. After explaining this, I realize how difficult this must be accomplish now, but it has given me a much greater appreciation for the life offered to us in the game, and a desire to want to live that life for myself and view it as luxury.
@@blanksky3342 wow, that's a very deep explanation brought in such a real point of view. You really opened my eyes to the hardships that most people might not aware of, I appreciate the effort you put into it.
Did someone remember to put up lightning rods?!
Yep, we've got plenty of batteries coming in.
Yes. But not enough
I put down some solar panels. Not to worry :)

After listening to this playlist so many times while studying, I finally looked up the game and bought it. Now I'm absolutely addicted to this wholesome game! Thank you for making this
Catherine Weng the exact same thing happened to me!
Welp, there goes your studying...
Oh my gosh I LOVE Stardew! During Christmas break I literally spend an entire week holed up in my room playing Stardew. It's my annual tradition.
Do you know any games with same atmosphere?
@@alana786 probrably animal crossing. allthough animal crossing doesnt give that farm feeling but still, very wholesome
this makes me wanna play so badly again :( I miss watching abigail play the flute in our backyard, and spending the entire day making our farm look neat and pretty, and coming home late at night after long hours of mining. I didn’t think this game would be so emotional for me but looking back, I miss it so much I could cry! I’ve gotta pick this back up.
did u pick it back up?
@@marquiscandelaria8954 I know I'm not OP, but I just started playing for the first time last week and I'm having such a great time. Currently in fall of year 1 :)

Also, great mix! :)

I guess the fishing spot there is just junimo magic
Dance of the moonlight jellies will ALWAYS be my favorite song from this game. It's one of those songs that has such a peaceful yet sweet ambiance. It really has the 'awe' and 'wonder' factor that I love.
me too, altho i dont recommend being like me and setting it as your ringtone because now i get a momentary panic when i hear it, still love the song tho
I am so thankful for videos like this, my 1 year old falls asleep to Stardew, Animal Crossing, or Zelda music every night!
Yes, I love how the music is positive but not too peppy to keep me awake ♡
if you like those calming hollow knight music might be good
it's my favorite to fall asleep to
I was gonna sleep to this but now I have an urge to play stardew valley
What a game of pure bliss and love. It makes me want to pack up everything and move to a small town to start a farm. Such a great experience.
I 100% agree! ♡ This game is like xanax in game form 😂
insects: are you sure about that
It's so rainy, dark and cold outside. But with this, It feel much more comforting.
Sounds dreamy
current quarentine bop. i've been getting so much work done while listening to this. thank you so much!

'cause it's stardew
This mix had made me so emotional. Stardew was such a fun game for me, and it is close to my heart as one of the few games that I got from my brother. The songs flood back memories and have gotten me close to absolutely bawling, especially "A Golden Star is Born" and "Grandpa's Theme"
Now I gotta get a group together! One time a friend and I were up too late playing this, and my favorite quote from that evening was "Stardew Valley players be like... fish."
I have listened to this for 2 years now. I memorized every song and it’s order. Not gonna lie, I’ve probably clicked on this over 500 times. Thank god it’s not getting taken down because it’s not Nintendo. Bless stardew valley and shadowatnoon.
I listened to this while working on my science fair stuff in 9th grade, and now am in my 11th grade year working on fair stuff again still listening to this. Crazy.
this weekend, my boyfriend and i played stardew valley together for 14 hours. he bought the game for me cuz i’d been talking about it, but he ended up really liking it, himself! we’re having a lot of fun ❤️ this game is something special.
this is SUCH a godsend. finals are hurting my brain. thank you friend!
anne i love ur pfp!
WindyShows thanks fam!!! i like ur channel!
anne tysm!
After 120 hours in the game, I grew so sick of it, playing a day would almost be painful cos I'd be so focused on making it the perfect day: if it was a good luck day, I HAD to go to the mines even though I hated it because it would be a waste not to.
But listening to this brings back the good ol memories from when I first started the game, and makes me remember how I got hooked in the first place. Still love the music. The one thing I won't get sick of.
Anyways. I still don't feel like playing it anymore lol my farm is a mess, unless I use some mods.
Usually when I play that much of a game I take like a 2-3 year break and start a new file when I return
120 hours you say.... I have the crippling addiction of 825+ lol
I was like that in the first year but after a while i realised that there is no point on doing that really , like ConcernedApe intented , I took the chill aproach , doing what i felt like , choosing my farm to be better looking instead of being efficient and so on and I started enjoying the game even more after that.
I stopped giving a shit about efficiency after I completed the community centre. By that time I was filthy rich from the starfruits from the greenhouse. and I kept a stash of a few crops from last time when I was collecting bundles and min maxing in a chest to complete quests. Im working on building relationships. the cutscenes are the best
you put it into words omg
I adore the artwork, the artist did an amazing job there.
Stardew Valley is so comforting it makes me wanna cry
ohhh this is gonna be my new favorite. I’ve never played stardew valley (I’m a harvest moon girl 😂) but I’ve also never played Zelda and I use your storm of songs mixes to fall asleep every night
I'm also a huge harvest moon fan! I highly recommend stardew valley if you like harvest moon :D thanks for listening!!
yeah you should def play it! whats your fav harvest moon?
I LOVE harvest moon, but I also play SV and I highly recommend if you like harvest moon
You should definitly play Zelda and Stardew Valley, they are really great Games ! :)
Que has dicho de mi madre??
thank you for listening to the requests you get!!
of course!! 😊
Nothing before has been able to calm me down from angry frustration quite like this does.
Makes me wish we had more thunderstorms here in England.
honestly
Yeah what happened to all those? We used to have loads
I never thought I needed something in my life- and then I saw this? Bless you. I hope your 2020 and the rest of your life is just amazing and perfect
:')
well look how 2020 turned out. oops!
you jinxed it
This is how my farm should look like in my head... then I remember my farm is worse
me running through the rain at 6 am to deliver some quartz to Sebastian
You are very good at the rain-to-music sound ratio. Some playlists make the rain too loud, some make the rain too soft. You have just the right amount of rain/thunder to be comforting without subtracting from enjoyment or focus. The rain adds to the music instead of being an unnecessary addition. Really good job!!!
I've never played stardew but this music makes me want to give it a try
A few summers ago, me and the Ex would play this game hours, hours and daily on end during her visit to me. We barely slept or got out and just vibed with this for a whole month straight. Good memories.
the fall season is my favorite ost tbh
Thank you for this, but I'd just like to congratulate the artist that painted this - what a peaceful image
Just started playing again last week. It's been so relaxing with all the stress I've been under lately. I've been listening to this in the background almost non-stop and it's been great. Thanks for putting it together.
Thank you! This is just what I needed to get through studying for my final tomorrow!
I'm in the same boat. You'll do great!
I loved stardew valley, the farming sistema, mining, combat, crafting, the desert mine doing Iridium runs, the músic. All is great!!!!
That art though.
One of the motivating reasons I clicked this, I just wanted to hear Stardew Valley music while looking at beautiful art. It just gives me vibes.
Yes! I've been waiting so long for a Stardew Valley one! Thank you for providing music to my studying!! :)
this is EVERYTHING, you are a beautiful person for creating this and I am deeply indebted to you for the rest of my life.
thank you.

YESSSS THIS WILL GET ME THROUGH FINALS WEEK!!!!
I've never heard of any of these things before, the game, the music - I'm so happy I came across this, this has just soundtracked the peachiest lil afternoon for me today, thank you so so sooo much

Stardew valley is quickly becoming g one of my favorite games!! Btw I'm gonna marry Abby!!
Abby is really fun to marry. So is Leah.
howd it go?? :D
oh my god.........good art, good music, good game.
Takes me back, knew someone who played this religiously, the one that got away, big feels man.
I have a somewhat similar experience with the one who got away being tied to memories of this game. Somehow, I'm still able to play despite this person being the one who introduced me. I'm barely able to even say the person's name it still hurts so much (after 2 years, even) so it's really a testament to how special Stardew is. Sigh.
The time when you finally have time to do all the stuff you wanted because its rain, thanks rain.
ahhhh!!! thank you so much for listening to my request! can't wait to listen to this. stardew is a huge time sink for me too hehe. used to log some serious hours when i was trying to complete the community center lol
I love the painting, it looks so real. I wish I could live the rest of life on the farm like this.
i'm just now realizing this was posted on my birthday last year, and that's the day i got stardew for the very first time🥺🥺 maybe it's a sign that i need to get back into the game after all this damn homework lmao. that's what i'll do😌
ive previously used this playlist for studying but today im currently using this to get through a breakdown and sensory overload, thank you for this playlist.
The Ghost Synth track is one of the most comforting pieces of music I've ever heard.
This playlist inspired me to get Stardew Valley on my Switch lite. Best decision I've made.
thanks for making this!!
A game for the soul! And music, too.
My friend gifted me this game and I am so glad they did!
Literally, every video you release is fantastic, dude. Thank you for helping a depressed person like me find the means to work hard and stay focused when I have trouble. And I know that sounds weird but honestly, all your videos are saved in a playlist for me and they help me out so much. :D much love.

oh boy i havent played stardew in like 5 months and this music just threw me back
This is my favorite thing to listen to when I’m stressed. Thanks for putting this together :)
ending with The Wind Can Be Still was a great move - for me it is the most emotional and tear-jerking track in the ost. It really feels like a send-off song, which i suppose it is. The send-off of the previous year
This playlist has helped me so much during quarantine! Stardew Valley was one of the first games I played seriously, and the nostalgia on this is just so good. Thank you so much for making this playlist, i'm literally obsessed :)))
I don't know if I've commented on this video before or not but in case I haven't...you did amazing with this one. The rain fits perfectly a soundtrack as peaceful as stardew valley.
what an amazing picture that is, my dream all in one not gonna lie!
