In my taxable account I went into dividend investing route. In my Roth I did the buy and hold route with an S&P 500 etf and total market etf along with some Berkshire B stock and SCHD.
My portfolio is made up of dividend etf’s, dividend stocks, growth stocks, it allows a bit more freedom in specific areas with help of an advisor LUCY ROSE CARTER who I’ve been in touch with over the years before buying any stocks and it’s been working perfectly for me.
Working with Lucy Rose Carter, I started my first stock in Feb 21, 2022 I noticed the market went down the whole year so now I’m up a lot of money endless we go back to the October lows I will keep putting more stocks super excited for 2024 the payoff will be great 😌😌

One thought that came to my mind recently, that in trading you must to outgrown your problems. Its not enough to say - oh, I will not revenge trading from tomorrow. That doesnt work like that. You will revenge trade or take random setups till you will be mature and experienced to see there is no way you could take that trade because its not what you want to see in order expect good trade. And maturity comes with naturally seeing and knowing the market and recognazing your ideal trading setups. If you still force yourself to say no, youre not prepared. That "no" for experienced traders comes with zero struggles. They are very picky about their trades and relaxed about that. Very good point Ben 👍

I lost over $70K when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. Trust the process really hit hard for me today.
I made an entry because I saw a reversal with confirmation. I knew where the area of resistance was and was ready to take profit or trim off, not even 3 candlestick into my entry there was what seems like a bearish engulfing candle... which almost made me break even at this point. I held, trusting in the process. Chart went sideways... than up and up to exactly where resistance was before getting rejected. $$$$.
