Hi Matt. I highly recommend apple cider vinegar water to help with indigestion, bloating, gas etc. You eat quite fast so I think it could really help you post meals.

Have you tried dunking your fries in a blizzard? In middle school during field trips we would buy McDonald’s ice cream cones and dunk their French fries in it. Also good in a Wendy’s frosty. 😋
I actually do that a lot I just don't tend to do it with Blizzards for some reason
