Ljubljana population about 300,000. Slovenia has a population of just over 2 million. One of the smallest yet safest countries in the EU. None the less it's the little city that can. For some reason there is something happening in the town. It has made a pedestrian only area of the old town so it's very tourist friendly. As such it has a steady stream of tourists maybe to many. None the less in the center of the old town is the Farmers Market and next to that is this Food Station with a few dozen original different, food, drink vendors. Some are specialty restaurants that setup on Fridays and sell. So you can try foods from Vegan , vegetarian to whole Pig on Spit. Typically only on Fridays and special festivals.
