How would these work for a 2015 Santa Fe XL (GLS)?

Will these handle the lower voltage of daytime illumination?
These LED bulbs can't handle the lower voltage of daytime illumination. So, the DRL brightness will be the same as high beam.

Would you be able to put back the dust cover though?. Looks like the the heat sink is sticking out too much.
For most vehicles, the headlight housing is big enough to put the dust cover back on. But for some vehicles with small headlight housing, it's very hard to put the dust cover back on.

Yes. You can check your low beam housing and the power plug, if it is the same as one in the video.

Yes of course...led must be left and right or 3 and 9 clock...depends on the type of led, the thicker part need to be down side...

I've been losing my mind with this issue on my 2020 outlander. Seems like there just isnt anything "verified" to work for it yet online. the 1:1 led bulbs are garbage and off the shelf halogen h7 bulbs seem to vary a good deal in terms of actual light output and longevity. Seems crazy that my fogs are super bright LED from factory but the lows are dull yellow trash. This product seems to be the surest thing, but I'm going to need something a bit more concrete before dropping $100 on lights.

Hello,
the power plug and the housing are identical, but the cut-off’s of the housing are positioned differently. So you have to put in the bulb in a different orientation and after lock it in tighly, the led diodes will not face 9-3 positions.

Becasue it is custom-made for Mitsubishi, you don't need any special socket to put the bulb into the low beam housing.

Pro-HK6 is customed-made for the Kia and Hyundai, you don't need any extra adapters and easily replace it for the H7 halogen bulbs. Addiotnally, it is 400% brighter than the halogen bulb.
But it is a pity that we are currently not shipping to countries.
You were not installing that in a Kona. You show it witih all kinds of room for your hands. This video is not the real deal. Looks like you removed the entire housing for the headlights. If so, how did you do that?
