  • Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee has defended his government’s decision not to act against a superyacht reportedly owned by a Kremlin ally. He said there was no legal basis to act on Western sanctions and thus will not comply. The Nord arrived in Hong Kong's waters last week. It belongs to Russian billionaire Alexei Mordashov, but he is not believed to be onboard the vessel. He is among the oligarchs close to Russian President Vladimir Putin, who has been targeted by Western sanctions following Moscow's invasion of Ukraine.

Angmohs' genesis: Long, long time ago, when the land was flooded, a man was taught how to make a big boat to save himself and his family.
Chinese genesis: Long, long time ago, when the land was flooded, a Chinese man united the people to dig canals to divert flood water away.
Yeah, in this world, only the Chinese can look straight into the eyes of angmohs and tell them that they are still primitive barbarians.
