Thanks for sharing! I wish I had this information when I started Chiropractic school.
Calvin Saunders Thanks for all your support Cal!!!
very encouraging video, thank you!
Ian McKee thank you for the support!
I’m currently a Junior in high school and I’m interested in becoming a Chiropractor. I plan to Major in exercise science and kinesiology for my undergraduate and then apply to Chiropractic School. My only concern is that I’ve heard quite a bit of people say that’s after you graduate it’s actually difficult to find a job as a chiropractor unless you plan on starting your own business so I was wondering if you could talk about your plans after school and give some tips maybe.
Yes! That would be a great video, seeing as there are a ton of options once you graduate!
I know it is still early for you but contact the different Chiro schools you are interested in and ask if they have a Pre-DC. I go to Parker University in Dallas, Tx and they offer it. You can knock out A&P 1&2 in one semester along with ochem and physics. Plus your working with teachers who are in the DC program, and know exactly what to get you ready for the DC program. All you need is your 60 hours of basics and you can get into that Pre-DC. It will save you time and money.
josh avery hey I plan on attending parker as well! I’m only worried about how to pay for everything how does that work for you if I may ask?
I am attending life in the fall and your videos have helped me prepare and just get so excited to start this new chapter! Thank you💛🥺
Macy Cummins Awe I love to hear that!! See you around on campus, feel free to reach out if you have any questions before you start! :)
Marietta is a nice area, I used to attend but ended up transferring. Just started trimester 1 at Logan university
😊 thanks
I saw some pretty hateful/toxic comments down there but thanks for your channel, I have an interest in chiropractic and your videos among other things have really gotten me more curious :)
Thank you so much for the love and support, it means the world ❤️
How do you balance school with having a social life? Is there still time on weekends to do things besides study? Thanks for your vids!
catalily That’s a great question, I’ll have to make a video on that soon!! :)
What advice would you give a person who dropped out of high school, and is interested in chiropractic school?
Really great video, Thank you for this information. I am senior in high school, and I am wondering that after I graduate high school, should I go any school to get pre-requisites and apply chiro school? Thank you!
Hi thank you so much!! The school doesn't matter just as long as you complete the required pre recs :)
Me a junior in high school with a 2.3 gpa “I wanna be a chiropractor 😂🤓” im gonna try this year and senior year to bring it up
What do my grades out of high school need to look like and what classes should I be taking. I'm a freshman. Thanks!
Hope this helps! www.life.edu/admissions-pages/chiropractic-program-requirements/
What was your GPA you used to get into chrio school? Thanks!
3.7
You’re killin it! Very healthy looking too. On to my question, does undergrad degree FIELD matter? And rough estimate, what percentage of your colleagues are going to work as self employed? I’m a junior in industrial technology so I can’t back out, but I plan to use my degree to save up for grad school.
Hi thank you so much! Ultimately, as long as you are meeting the chiropractic school requirements for acceptance, the degree doesn't matter. Although, having classes in science/anatomy does help prepare you for the classes. By self employed, do you mean working in your own practice? I would say that is a majority of chiropractors end goal.
Regardless of your degree, you are required to complete college courses in pre-med, such as chemistry, biology, biochemistry, physics, and anatomy and physiology.
You're high key super cute.
Hi I'm a physiotherapist from India . would I be able to do my masters in chiropractic . if so how many years course is it .
I don't understand everything yet, but I'm a Korean who wants to enter the school to learn Chiropractic.
So excited for you!!
How have classes changed or course load since covid 19 quarantine?
Logan Armour stay tuned for the video I am posing on Monday :)
Ok cool I’m so excited after this semester I’ll have enough credits to apply and will start in next summer
See ..
I have one question...
I am totally from engineering background who have done his bachelors in mechanical and currently working into the field but not getting interested..
I am from india. And after getting to know about this field i thought i would love to do be a chiropractor.
So do you have any idea that how could i be chiropractor???
I am a 25 year old guy and wants to do that ...
So if you have some time pls guide me on this....
Yay I am so excited for you!! I would first start by seeing if any of your classes would count toward the application requirements.
You can talk to an enrollment counselor at Life U!
email: Admissions@LIFE.edu or call (800) 543-3202.
Depends on the school. I'm a Life university graduate and they didn't make it easy.
I’m currently in Radiology School & I’m interested in this career field as well 😭 How long is chiropractic school? and how are you liking it so far?
3 and a half years!!! Definitely going to be worth it in the end. You would already know all of the radiology set up and stuff so that would be helpful!!
Is radiology school very hard?
@@Syk215 it’s tough! just need to dedicate a lot of time for class work and studying! as long as u have that ambition in you, you can do it!
I have a question tho
Can you go to ucla if you wanna become a chiropractor?
I love that school and i wanna go there but i don't think ucla has that "field"
I hope i dont sound stupid lmaoo😂
Hi you can obtain your bachelor degree anywhere, so long as it meets the required pre recs for the chiropractic school you are applying for!
Plant tour video??
Oooo I'd love to hehe :)
Which school did you go to btw?
I went to University of Kentucky for my undergraduate and currently go to Life University for chiropractic!
Thank you for answering our questions !!, I have one more questions, I know it doesn’t matter but what major would you recommend on taking ??
Something with a lot of anatomy!!
It is very easy
Is it ok for a 13 year old to do chiropractic!?!? I really want to know please.
Hi anyone, any age can go to a chiropractor! :)
What about your student loans ? Massive right
It definitely can be intimidating, but student loans are nothing to worry about! I can make a video addressing it.
@@Chirocourt please do!!!
Thank you for sharing this! It helped me so much. I’ve been looking into chiropractic school. Also, I’m soo ready for more videos on this!!! Do you work while in school? Or do you just go to school? Also, how is your posture literally the best? Have you always had a good posture or has chiropractor school helped you with that. I’ve just noticed all chiropractors or chiropractic students have the best posture! Sorry for all the questions! ❤️ anyways I love your videos ❤️
nicolerene LOVE all of the questions!! I’ll make a Q and A video soon!
Chirocourt yay! I’m excited! Tysm!
Great content! Do you have an Instagram account
Anthony Keyrouz yes! Futurechirocourt
At least talk about theGonstead standard of Chiropractic! Chiro is not just Chiro. Not many people can become Gonsteads, so.
a little pretentiousness in this video - Standards - yeah we all get it.
The answer is no and just about anyone can get in. It's no where near as challenging as medical or dental school.
T J the fact you think that really makes you an ignorant person.
@@ryancruz7567 It's not an opinion, it's a fact. If you disagree then perhaps you would benefit from a little research.
T J I’m not going to argue with you but you sound completely rude. Both are completely difficult. I have total respect for med students and Chiropractor students. If it was easy anyone would do it. Respect both professions.
@@ryancruz7567 Thank you Ryan for all the love and support! Unfortunately ignorance breeds hatred.
Yea you got into a school with a 100% acceptance rate. Compare that to medical school. Congrats, so difficult. Not everyone becomes a chiropractor because it’s complete bullshit with no evidence behind it. Some people who want to work with people hands on becomes physical therapists, which is much harder and more evidence based and actually helps people not just tricks people. Such a scam. It’s all just a placebo affect and endorphins being released from cracking your Bones. Just go get a massage it’s about 100 times more useful and has actual scientific evidence behind it. Theirs a reason these quacks pretend to be doctors. They treat nothing. They associate themselves with doctors despite treating nothing because they wanna seem like their doing good and are smarter and more knowledge than they really are. No evidence they help anything except short term acute pain and that’s probably all placebo. I went to college for finance and I would never try to compare what I do to medical school and residency. The work you put in is a fraction of the difficulty and actual total time a doctor needs. What you need 6 years total, a doctor needs 12. Can you perform surgery -no, do you help my chronic pain -no, can you treat my moms high blood pressure -no, can you treat my anxiety -no, is you’d practice evidence based -no, do all your colleges have a 90% acceptance rate and are easy as hell -yes, is your profession based on bullshit -yes. I went to a basic lower level state public university and the acceptance rate is a 70% and it’s still easy as hell. I wonder how easy a 100% acceptance rate is.
