The coach has done nothing wrong. Lets stop blaming him. He has been given a framework to operate within. The blame should go to the GFA. The buck stops with the FA.
Lets say the coach wants some players. He cannot go out there to bring them. Yes he may have some rapour with Davis Moyes for instance so that he release Kudus but its the FA which has the power.
Chris Houghton is still a good coach. He has coached top teams in England and Europe and if he sets out from the Ghana team, he can get teams in Europe to coach easily.
