Oh my gosh, I think I got a cramp in every toe watching you both do your toe scrunchies! It looks like it would have been great stress relief during practices, though. No pressure and kind of silly, but still something that strengthens a part of you for your sport. In swim practice we used to do snakes (up one lane, under the rope & back the next lane) doing things like "seated backstroke", which can improve turnover rate...or "chicken wing freestyle" (thumbs in armpits and stroking with elbow to shoulder) to improve elbow lift. Kids would have fun & not realize they were still actually working. I lived for those days as a kid! Heck, even in my early 50's I will still do something like that to break up a workout. It's good to know gymnasts have a similar thing.

sadly had to stop watching, the shaky camera gave me motion sickness. please get a broom or something - still gives your camera movement but steadies your shot. think freddy mercury with his mic stand.
