How did Red Hood not get experience? Yeah, Dick Grayson was the first Robin, but Jason got tortured for around two years BY THE JOKER, then, he DIED. Came back to life. He's also been buried before. He hunted the Joker afterwards.
That's not experience that's just trauma, or emotional experience i guess, this is obviously talking about combat experience which nightwing, being the first robin, obviously gets.
