To get max range id use the wepons from hiroglacer and zaph to kill goblins at there first spawn at hights and use spec or afk with clones

Little extra Hint, if you got left over Potatos and garlic it is better to cook grilled lobster with your lobsters instead of just cook them.
The best way to actually get atk stat is with kagune ability because its the only one that gives exp to dead bods and gives more exp than a sword ifk y

another good way to get attack is to use the blood sword, it gives 2k exp with the ability from m1's

for attack a even quicker way is the world+ gum. use gear 2 then time stop then use the 2 barrages. The time stop makes it so that even after they die they still take dmg
They changed it, the barrage dose magic damage now

Healing does giv health and magic, also if you use auto clicker and are getting hit by someone it also auto grinds defense cuz u cant die

The best way to grind Atk for me was Bloodsword, you see when you use bloodword on multiple different enemies, they dont really die immediately instead they it takes long for them to dissapear. So i can keep hittin em like multiple times even if they alr died lol.

Shielding takes stamina now. And I cannot, for the life of me, get the greed Authority. I managed to max out attack purely from doing Regulus and only got pants and a sword. How can I level my defense now?
parry the golem boss and regulus they give plenty xp dont attack them though only parry it gives pretty good xp golem gives more xp but dies faster

There is faster way get defence if you use rumble ball and block with shield you get a lot only take 10 mins

Defense taking way too long ngl
If you're still grinding it i recommend doing infinity castle raid and spamming parry. I got abt 3 levels per cycle when I was at 160
