It went WAY faster in the other video at the beginning... then it started to submarine and not run as well.. Looks and sounds like the prop isn't in the water enough... maybe move the battery toward the back ? It got better much at 6:40

In fact, it's strong enough but the specific anticapzize system requires to empry first the float during a couple of seconds, probably shifting the center of gravity to rear. Then only full speed can be achieved
The battery is in the wrong place and is attached to the back where the lever is also to be fixed on the left. please test times because my boat runs great.
American boat ? the original design maybe ... Here it's a basic chinese toy ... Yes but international unities are g&m ... and I am not absoluptly confortable with US unities sorry :(

Yes for the initial version o the WL915, the battery was installed on front.... Definitively a better idea to localize it rear...

That noise suggests your battery is not strong enough and the esc cannot turn the motor easily. Please replace with new 35c 3s lipo for fix.
