so i made this farm and the honey bottles are being sucked back into the dispensers instead of dropping into hoppers, is there a way to fix this?
You need to make sure all the dispenser slots have glass bottles in them. As soon as one of the dispenser slots becomes empty, the honey bottles will occupy that spot instead of being spat out.
@@r3crypt oh yeah that makes sense ty
@AirikDaze No problem, happy to help 😁
I just got the notification of your video now cuz I forgot the bell but I got so happy I stopped the video I was watching before to watch yours XDDD
Thank you. I'm really glad you liked it 😀
@r3crypt thank you for the content!
I'm needing a iron farm btw xD just saying!
An Iron farm is high on my list 🤣
for some reason the strength of the redstone isnt reaching the dispensor? kinda confuse
Can you upload a picture and give me the link?
Amazing video! Thank you. Working in bedrock?
Thank you 😀
Yes, should work in bedrock
so what do you change if you want to stack them vertically?
No change. Just stack them upon each other
I build your farm but when the hives get full the first time it works but the second time it doesn't but the redstone is fully powered so I have to brake the redstone and place it again for it to work.
I think you will only have to break the redstone and replace one time after you've built it. Unless you make changes to the farm, then you might have to do it again.
But now you've already done it, it should work normally. Let me know if not.
Also make sure to break and replace the redstome for each section of the farm. So break each piece next to a repeater and replace.
Hello, i made this and it worked fine initially. Then I built a building on top of the farm (with a 1 block space between the farm and building) and suddenly some of the dispensers are not dispensing. Is it due to the building on top or what should be changed
That's so strange. I can't imagine it being anything to do with the new building you place on top. Just make sure that nothing you built comes into contact with your redstone circuit. Especially true if you've used redstone blocks in your design
@@r3crypt thank you for replying! Yea, it was weird since the building I put on top was just a decorative one. But I was able to fix it by removing all the beehives and removing the honey inside. Once I replaced the empty beehives back, it worked perfectly again. Not sure why this happened. Anyways, thanks again for the great farm tutorial!
Ah, I think I may know what has happened. Basically, the redstone circuit needed resetting. If it happens again, just break and replace each piece of redstone that leads into the repeater
So I’ve made this farm but the items aren’t going into the hopper they are shooting on top of the farm when the dispenser is facing downward is there a solution to fix this
None of the items are going into the hopper? If so, then you've built it wrong.
If you're getting some Leakage then..
", I encountered this problem also, but not until after this video was uploaded, so I couldn't include it.
After some testing, I've found that some of my farms work normally, and some spit out the honey into random directions. I think it is a bug. I can't figure how to stop it happening, but also think it's something to do with the farms orientation.
I've got two farms in one room, both facing each other parallel, and only one of the farms is encountering this issue.
Sorry, there doesn't seem to be a workaround right now, but I guess we will just have to accept that there will be some loss"
Built the farm and have the bottles full inside the dispensers as shown, but when the dispenser activates the honey bottle pops out on top of the dispenser instead of being ran through the hopper, anything I’m doing wrong? I have the hoppers, hives, and dispensers all in the right place

Hey, i have a question: The dispensers arent putting the honey bottles in the hoppers, do you know why?
Does each slot of the dispenser have glass bottles in them? If not, the honey bottles will go into the dispenser.
You basically need to keep the dispensersn full of glass bottles so there is no space for the honey bottles to go back into the dispenser, this will spit the honey bottles out for the hoppers to collect
@@r3crypt Ohhhh, stupid me. 😅Thank you very much for the tutorial and your response!
Haha, no worries. Happy to help 😀
Is this same for sheers/honeycomb?
@@user-yk5lz2go6wYeah you’d just replace the honey bottles with sheers
None of my bottles are being dispensed into the hives
Then you've done something wrong
bro made me waste my time on for the bottles not to get in the hoppers but instead into the dispensers
You wasted your own time by not paying attention to the video 😆
As I said in the video, you need to make sure the dispenser is full of empty glass bottles or shears, if any space becomes available inside the dispenser then the honey bottles or honeycomb will go into the dispenser and take the empty space instead of being spat out.
Also, sorry about the late reply, I just found your comment in the spam folder. No idea why it got flagged as spam.
Sorry but does not work on bedrock. The dispensers don’t do anything even though the red stone has the repeaters glowing.
This is a bug. You need to break the redstone circuit and then reconnect it.
I can’t get it to work either
You need to reset the redstone by breaking the circuit. So break a piece of redstone dust for each section and then replace them.
Ye
it seems some times the bottle will go flying out of the farm and not be grabbed by the hopper
I had the same issue. It's very strange. I had two identical farms running, side by side. Only one of them was occasionally spitting out honey bottles or honeycomb.
I even put a hopper minecart rail systems under both farms to collect all the items being spat out. Only one of these systems was collecting items, meaning I didn't miss anything being spat out from the other farm, because nothing was being spat out. So something weird is deffinetly happening.
I tried to recreate the issue to find out what was happening, but I could not find the cause.
The farms rates are still very efficient, even with this issue. So I'd recommend not to worry about it too much.
Could it have to do with being in a chunk by chance?
@morphedtyphoon I need you to elaborate on this? What do you mean "because it's in a chunk"? Everything is in a chunk. Minecraft is all chunks, lol
@@r3crypt so a chunk border is depicted by a set of coordinates being divisible by 16. Some farms require to be inside of a chunk or else it won't work i.e. the kelp farm. If it's halfway in one chunk and another, it will not work.
@morphedtyphoon Ah ok, I understand what you mean now.
Not to sure if it’s me or the farm but the honey isn’t collected
It’s the farm
Is it going into the dispenser?
yes it goes into the dispensers please help
Bro why can’t you explain the part with the rails and the dispenser? I just lost my time trying to figure out how it works and i don’t understand what’s wrong because you DISN’T SHOW IT
The rails and dispenser are a loading system. They are a separate redstone element that I attached to the farm. There are many videos on how to make them. I have a video explaining them on my channel.
They are used in many redstone farms. I don't see the need to explain the same loading device every time I use it, because you don't need the loader at all. It's just an extra feature
Not working
How so?
@@r3crypt its working perfectly. Didnt have repeaters on my design so your video was actually very helpful to me :)
Good to hear!
