  • Hello CZcamsrs.
    Let`s see the brand new FujiFilm X-T100 24MP APS-C camera .
    As we all know Fujifilm has long been creating stylish, lightweight interchangeable lens cameras as part of their X Series family, and their latest camera -- and brand new model line -- looks to be an interesting blend of performance and value while retaining a sleek retro design. The Fuji X-T100 is designed to be easy to use and intuitive yet offer high-end image quality at an affordable price point.
    Sleek, stylish and available in distinct colors
    The Fuji X-T100's body has a flat front and rear design with no protruding grip on the front (a detachable grip is however included in the bundle), and only a small one for your thumb on the rear of the camera. The camera is something of a cross between the recent X-A5 and the higher-end X-T20 in terms of appearance. The X-T100 eschews the X-T20's front command dial and borrows the vertical rear command dial of the X-A5.
    Where the X-T100 begins to separate itself from the X-A5 is with respect to the displays. Firstly, the X-T100 includes an electronic viewfinder, much like the X-T20. The X-T100 features a 0.39-inch OLED EVF with 2,360K dots and a 0.62x (35mm equivalent) magnification factor. The EVF also features an eye sensor. Further, the 3-inch rear touchscreen has a three-way tilt mechanism, meaning that you can also flip it to the side of the camera, whereas the X-A5 can only tilt up and down. The rear display has 1.04-million dots of resolution.Like the X-A5, the X-T100 uses Fujifilm's latest 24-megapixel Bayer-filtered (non-X-Trans) sensor, which includes on-sensor phase detection autofocus pixels. This autofocus system employs the same autofocus algorithms as Fujifilm's flagship cameras and promises fast, accurate autofocus performance in a wide range of shooting situations.
    The X-T100 utilizes the same 24.2-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor as the X-A5, which offers a native ISO range of 200-12,800. The ISO range can, however, be extended to 100-51,200. We have found that the X-A5 delivers very impressive image quality, so we expect much of the same from the X-T100. It is worth pointing out that the slightly more expensive X-T20 utilizes an X-Trans sensor like Fujifilm's higher-end offerings.

    nice to see you again attila, I dont think a lot of people are buying cameras for family shots anymore, most using their phones.

      Longrider yes it is a good point. So why the hell they don't target the pro or enthusiasts? That would be a better idea. Anyway it is a good thing that we can see tilty flippy screen now.

      I laughed when you said "fuji almost fulfilled your wishes" because every manufacturer always seem to leave 1 or 2 things out on purpose lol

    I kind of like this XT100, it's far from perfect but it ticks a lot of boxes. The issue for it is that for 50% more you can purchase the vastly better XT20 but those on tight budgets still get a nice capable camera. The 4K implementation as it stands is clearly useless, hopefully Fuji will address this with a future firmware update. For those happy with 1080P video the vlogging crowd will likely buy this camera in droves. 😊

      dunnymonster yes I agree with you. I am tempted to buy as well with the hope of a firmware update soon. 😂😂😂

    Good video Attila. I can't really see what this has over something like the a6000. And the a6300 blows it away for around the same price. But for someone who wants Fuji then I suppose it fits the bill.
    Hope you had a nice break mate. Welcome back. BTW I'm currently playing with my new D7200 which I bought new for only £540. For the money the D7200 must be the most capable camera in the world 😀

      Scott Williams Photography the D7200 is one of the best cameras (APS-C) value for money. You will love that camera. The only advantage of FujiFilm over Sony is that you can buy native fast glass designed for APS-C for cheaper price. In Sony most of the fast glass is for FF and they are expensiver. And for me as an ex-Sony user, the handling is much much better on Fuji. And the tilty flippy screen (if that's important for you) other than that the Sony a6300 is a very capable camera with better auto focus.

    X-T100 or X-T20 for street photography?

    • @BlueSkyPhotography

      If you don`t need the tilty flippy screen definitely the X-T20 . It is a better camera over all . In my opinion the only thing is separating the X-T20 to be considered good enough for any pro job is the single sd card slot.

    This is a toy camera with unusable 4k. So why have it🤔

    • @BlueSkyPhotography
      @BlueSkyPhotography  Před 6 lety

      Stuart well it's about perspective. It depends on which camera you compare with. But I tell you one thing. I would be able to shoot a wedding or any portrait job with a couple of these so called toy cameras. LOL. It depends on everyone's budget and preferences. And on the other hand every brand has these kind of toy cameras because not everyone can afford an expensive camera, and no one should show off because you never know where you end up in the future.
      In regards the 4k I agree with you.

      Blue Sky Photography I still have my A6000. I am just saying they went so far and stopped at poor 4K

    • @BlueSkyPhotography
      @BlueSkyPhotography  Před 6 lety

      Stuart yes that's true unfortunately. But we still have the hope that a firmware update will sort that out soon. Fuji is really good in this.

    4k 15p is far away from perfect.

    • @BlueSkyPhotography
      @BlueSkyPhotography  Před 6 lety

      El Duderinho yes it is lightyear away from perfect. I don't even know why they even mention? But there is a hope. Soon enough a firmware update will come up with 4k 24p and 30p. Hopefully ☺️☺️☺️

    • @dr.sommer5069
      @dr.sommer5069 Před 6 lety

      I think the reason is that Fujis only interest was to be able to put the 4k logo on the advertising sheet.
      Like Canons M50 4k without dual pixel auto focus.
      I dont think that there will be a firmware update because I assume that the procesors in the camera are to weak for that.

      @BlueSkyPhotography  Před 6 lety

      El Duderinho you never know. You see the example of the X-Pro 2?

    • @dr.sommer5069
      @dr.sommer5069 Před 6 lety

      Blue Sky Photography Yes of course. But the Pro2 was a much more expensive camera.

      El Duderinho definitely true. But hopefully you will be wrong about this and FujiFilm will surprise us again. 😂😂😂
