Exploring ANDORRA (Where In The World Is Andorra?)
Sometimes you never fail to surprise. What a beautiful country.
Keep traveling n delivering such wonderful surprises.😀👍🍺
As a child, I spend a few years in Andorra,... I haven't returned since 1976. Cannot believe how it has changed :) WOW. I need to return. Although I liked it best when it was just a small village. :)
It was never a small village but a huge mall.
@@robert111kIt was a village with malls in it. The French still today go there to get cheap alcohol and cigarettes. It was a village.
@@2chatons384, The same as today. I meant Andorra was never, in the last one hundred years, at least, a bucolic place lost in the middle of the Pyrenees, but an inmense drugstore where both the French and the Spaniards (I would say mainly the Spaniards) got some cheap stuff (electronics, tobacco, alcohol... ) due to the almost non-existing taxes.
@@robert111k It's more recent than that. That change/growth started in the late 50s/early60s.
I need to visit this places too. Andorra here I come.
Hit the like if you are always waiting on Gabriel's vlog
Oh my goodness! How beautiful is this! Look at that clean water and those mountains..I could live there happily.. Just amazing. Thank you Gabriel. Take care.💫😃💫
Andorra Tourism Board should pay you for this video Gabriel. It makes me want to pack my bags and go there. Love the look of the modern city surrounded by mountains. Great video 👍
Just wait for the next ones, they're going to get even better.
Thank you Gabriel 😊❤ beautiful! Stay safe ❤
So cool, thinking about checking it myself! Greetings and thanks for a video!
Looks like the perfect place to go hiking for a couple of days. Just need to bring some camping gear and supplies.
He was like “because of the mountains.” I was like “oh, the giant snail!” 🐌
Communication breakdown, haha.
awesome and very peaceful place~Thanks for showing all the time~!!😘
Thanks Gabriel for always taking us on one of your interesting journeys from all over the world!
I’m loving the places you have chosen to explore recently!
Beautiful country, I was lucky to work there during a winter season. The whole country feels like a small town, people are open and friendly.
Thanks for sharing and making so authentic videos!
Looks Like a really nice place Andorra, happy travels Gabe. Safe Journeys and peace bro!
God bless you Gabriel were ever you go be safe God be with you.
Beautiful hike on well marked trails. Thank you, Gabriel.
Wonderful little country to explore....thanks for taking us off the beaten path!
Also Andorra is cheap compared to France and Spain, because it is a tax haven and people who live near the border in France and Spain often go to Andorra to buy cheap goods.
Hello Gabe, great stuff. i definitely enjoyed the contrasted scenic views
Great video Gabe
I would definitely recommend the Camino at Pyrenees, that’s undoubtedly one the most beautiful parts of the trail. It is possible to start the Camino at any point (you still need to get your Camino credentials book first though in order to sleep at the official accommodations) and continue it later, even for few days at a time. It’s not a race to a destination (Santiago de Compostella) but just being on a journey.
Very interesting place! Great job once again 👌
Beautiful & Cute country.. especially roads are amazing
Beautiful hike!!! 🥰
The home of Commencal Bicycles... First ride first win ..✌🏻
Can't wait to watch
Epic hike!
WOW...great video and very informative...
thanks for amazing content!
Sure thing, thanks for watching.
Spectacular!
Very nice video!
Very cool I would like to go there some day
Hey Gabriel, Andorra looks a little different than it did when I was there in 1993. Either that mall wasn't there or I just missed it but if I had to guess I would say it wasn't there. I was only there for one day but found it to be very beautiful.
When I was young I collected stamps and I loved it when I could pick up some stamps from Andorra because they were so beautiful so one of my main reasons to go there was to go to the post office and buy as many stamps as I could afford. I ended up buying at least one of all they had. The guy at the post office spoke English very well and we had a very nice conversation. He would point to a certain stamp and tell me all about what was on it. If it was a person he would tell me the story behind the person or if it was an area or building he would tell me about that.
I must put Andorra back on my bucket list to visit once again.
Cool place 👍...long time follower from Los Angeles...
Great video. Been to Andorra
I'll be there next year 👍
Interesting video👌
I hope you show us more of Andorra. I've never heard of this lovely, fascinating country in the mountains. I've never gone to Spain but a trip to Spain, Mallora, Andorra and then possibly to France would be nice. I'm also looking forward to your adventure doing the Camino de Santiago trail someday. There are videos of others doing the trail but I'm just not interested. I've gotten so totally accustomed to your low-key, authentic style of travel video I can't seem to watch the others. I hope you got down the mountain OK and you found somewhere nice to have a meal. Your hotel room was very nice and modern. See you in the next video.
Andorra in the winter is very beautiful it is nice ski resorts
Tulip Hotel Company is sister company of Sheraton Hotel Group, French company style hotelier with very fine, new cushions and beds as well as rooms and hotel concept in city centers of France, Spain mainly. Congratulations to your 66th new country !!

WOW! NICE VIEW THERE SIR....TAKE CARE❤ AND GOD BLESS ...
Beautiful 😊
I did Coma Pedrosa. Very beautiful trek.
Estany is Catalan for lake.
Andorra! Wouldn't have guessed you'd pop up there. Interesting place eh? Good choice.
Yeah it's amazing, so much to explore in a small area. The Pyrenees are insane, such steep mountains. I'll show a lot more in upcoming videos.
I would like to go in the summer myself to visit Andorra
Have you discovered the Catalana sandwich yet Gabriel? It's just Serrano ham, tomato and olive oil, but so delicious! Often eaten for breakfast in Spain, and I'm sure in Andorra too.
Wow, Andorra- always wanted to go and your video really brings it to life. Loved the adventurous hike. Those splashes of paint on rocks indicate the route of GR long distance trails. If you're getting into European micro states, try Liechtenstein. I have been there, (there's a video of a walk up to the castle in my channel) and the Alpine scenery is fantastic. Not cheap though- Switzerland prices. Also, if you're seriously contemplating a long trek in the Pyrenees, I would suggest the Haute Pyrenees route or the easier GR trail, both of which go from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean, in preference to that St James trail. If you ever do such a trek, you really should buy the route guidebook! My one criticism of your hike in this video is that your footwear was totally inadequate for such walking- but you're probably not surprised to hear me say that!
So cool thanks technology
Do the Camino de Santiago. It is such an enriching experience. The Portuguese route is truly wonderful.
Gabi you should visit Castellon de la Plana, Benicassim, Oropesa del Mar!
very beautiful and gorgeous country with nice friendly people. Love from Pakistan. Would love to visit it soon hopefully. fingers crossed.
They do love you..
Thats awesome Gabe! You should visit asturias. Apparently its where game of thrones was filmed. I will be there in a week
Based on the videos and pictures I've seen, Andorra looks like a beautiful country. 🇦🇩
Gabriel. Love your videos. Question, do you plan to travel like this for the rest of your life or do you intend to eventually have a more traditional stationary job?
Awesome
In Sommer prices of rooms in central Europe and in most of the Europe are lowered. But rooms in touristic areas around the sea become super expensive. U can find now room in 1 class hotel in Vienna for about 50 euro.
Hello I forgot to tell you visit Gerona you will not regret it big Castillos. Saludos
Hello bonnani maco. If you in Andorra just cross into France and visit Toluse. Grate video looking for the next saludos
wow, now u at Andorra,
Nice 👍🏽
Great scenery, thanks. It always makes me laugh when vloggers walk up the trail, leave their camera, and then walk back and the walk towards it. Conversely, they film themselves walking away, we all know they have to re-tread their steps to retrieve their equipment and then retrace their steps, lol.
How far away do you walk from your camera, before returning to get it? Just curious.......🤔🤔
Very nice contry sir love from India
God bless rain, I see grass is suffering from not being wet enough from rain deficiency as in most of Europe droughts after droughts going on
Thanks for this interesting and beautiful video, Gabriel! I have to confess my ignorance in never having heard of Andorra 😲. What beautiful mountains, I love the scenery, and it looks to be a lovely place to explore.
Ciao... Gabriel... I was in Andorra with my wife in... 2011...Very nice country... You have done a excellent job... Take care of yourself... Maybe... You could go to Monaco (Montecarlo)?... Grazie mille for this video....❤️
why on earth? monaco is a disgusting place.
What mean name - Refugi De Fontverd
Nice idea on providing contrast, but I would skip ahead to 6 minutes for start of hiking
Seems like a nice place. You should visit San Sebastien in Basque Country, not to far away from where you are now.
~An absolutely gorgeous country, Andorra; and rather a rarity as a travel vlogger's destination, so far as i'm aware! Lovely video /
Woah I was ACTUALLY just there!!!! July 16-18 how crazy! I’m sure your dates were a little sooner but that’s wild :)
Also can’t believe you hiked the WHOLE way to Engolasters hahaha I’m sO glad I rented a car
I arrived in Andorra on July 15th and I'm still here, so we were here at the same time.
Gabriel Traveler oh interesting! How are you spending a full week there? Very comprehensive hike tour? Hahaha
@@SamanthaSeltzer Yes a combination of exploring as well as filming and editing. The editing takes up entire days sometimes, so I spend more time in places than people realize based on how many videos I post. I'll have five videos altogether for Andorra after spending eight days here.
Hi Gabriel, This countryside reminds me of the Swiss countryside this Andorra is a very interesting place. You don't think you may need a compass out there? I know you're not that far out there but that could be very helpful.
This was a pretty hike. Curious what the lake area would have been like. 😊
Yeah me too. You'll see another lake in an upcoming video.
More content about micro nations !!! Would love too see stuff about Liechtenstein or Faroe Islands!
Westur Psychedelic I’ve just finished a tour of all the micronations in Europe and am wishing there were more content creators making videos! I vlogged kinda as a joke but I don’t think the end result will be quality content 😅 also just an fyi, Faroe Islands are part of the Kingdom of Denmark and aren’t technically their own country!!! Same w Greenland. It’s the equivalent of Scotland/Wales within the UK
@@SamanthaSeltzer Technically yes but i still see them as kind of independent territories since their culture, language and daily life is slightly different from Denmark, i guess the only thing what still ties them together is the financial aspect.
Great Video.. are those the Pyranise?
Yes, the Pyrenees.
Andorra is very beautiful small country
you should go to visby gotland many old medieval buildings
Please visit and show us Barcelona. I heard it is very beautiful.
I was there a few years ago: czcams.com/users/gabejedmosearch?query=Barcelona
Andora shopping mall loves snails
Gabriel reacted about the horse? What was the horse doing in its quick move around???
Nice city 👍 which camera do you use? It captures great 👌 enjoy
Gopro 7.
For Americans it's difficult to spot even Spain in the world map, lol.
I was in Andorra 4 days ago too
Cool, I left just yesterday, so we were there at the same time.
It was my second time visiting the country ,greetings from Spain
Hi. How does Andorra compare to Gibraltar, also please what would be the best way to travel to Andorra. Thanks
Are there restrooms on a path and trails far from Refogee camp
Wow😍👍
for the first time I saw a pick up toyota in eu 4:45
Gabriel, how long did it take you to do that round trip trek?? Love the horses.
Around 5-6 hours.
Hi, what about prices in shops for clothes and food. Are they expensive. Same in USA. And how many chinese products there.
Lovely! 👡
Estany is pond in Catalan
There's a film "The Way" about "El camino de Santiago," with M. Sheen.
Yeah I'd like to see that one.
I'm a Mall Rat, so ... the first part realllllllllly caught my eye.
I’ve been there
the pyrenees...cou can find them in spain or france as well....and it is not expensive at all.
Do you not know where it is? Up in the mountains (Pyrenees) between Spain and France, I believe.
