Ramon is a great sport, and a great competitor too. We will probably see him at the top of the classic division in a year or 2.

To be fair, Jesse actually very strong for a dude his size. Not many can curl 70 lb dumbbells with any sort of form at all. Thing is Dino just a force of nature.

@@antoniofabio1051 Mas aí nem se compara, o tipo de treinamento em competidores de queda de braço é muito específico para fortalecer os músculos mais utilizados e até as terminações nervosas funcionam de maneira diferente. A maioria dos body builders não conseguiria derrubar um cara desses na queda braço e não é por falta de força.
