Same here, been playing properly since the start of season 3 and am on 1830 crowns and there were still about 3 or 4 of these that I didn't know. Cheers Caboose!
On the map of the season 6 that is the circles that tilt you can use the sticks that spin that are before the first checkpoint to get a boost and probably get first place because since everyone is behind you the circles won’t be tilted

Heres a tip: if your bouncing high like in speed circuit, when you fall, you can spam jump so that you dont stumble but instead jump
