How did you get to Oslo centrum from where the ferry arrived? Were there bus ready to take you there or d you have to get to a train or take your car with you? My husband and I are planning to go but were unsure if it's smarter to take our car with us in order to have more time exploring Oslo
there are bus right outside the exit in dfds terminal that take you in jernbanetorget station. it takes 7-10 minutes ride. im not recommending to use your car since that is difficult to find a parking place in the city center.
