The channel @Thinking Basketball did a cool breakdown explaining it. Boston is putting Tatum on the Centers and Horford on the wings. They did this to neutralize Dallas lob threats. So switching with Horford doesn't give them a lob threat in pick & roll. Because he's usually guarding Washington or Jones Jr. So a Hoford switch is essentially only for iso and doesn't really move the ball on offense.
