Bandai don't release a new card game every 6 months challenge: level IMPOSSIBLE
Glad a video was put together, but the digital tutorial on the website is 1000x better at introducing new players to the rule set. If you're a veteran of TCGs its easy to pick up, but with the IPs hopefully bringing in new players this video can make the game seem a lot more confusing than it actually is
im suuper confused alright
I find it unappealing when tcgs uses stills from the anime instead of actual card illustration.
Yes and no because yes, it would be nice to hand draw new artwork just for the TCG but as a business it is much easier and simpler to use artwork they already drawn for the manga/anime
It has alternate illustration for the same card? Is that also from anime or new illustration?
Can we just bring back Duel Masters so we don’t have to play all the clones ?
wrong company, but agreed
@@KozmicPlays, talk to Wizaard the coast. They screwed that company over, so we might never get it again
homie, you're so real for this comment
@@zuniversegaming3431 what? Damn!!!
Takara, but also love that 😅
if it's anything like one piece, you won't be able to "give it a try" because a scalper got there first.
well this game flopped in japan and it will in english countries too. game is just not fun and too complicated to start out. at least op is fun to play lol
@@vehicledestroyer game actually had a massive rebound in JP and is doing a lot of special 1 year anniversary stuff right now. A number of JP TCG content creators have talked about how surprised they are on how the game revived itself
I'll stay to BSS, by far the best bandai tcg. There's too many card game anyway.
You are one of a kind, my friend
Yes so stoked! Release is almost here!! ☺️
I'll be playing this and Fusion World 🔥
I've played the tutorial web site and the game is so interesting, at the beginning when I just watched the video such confused me a little but then when you play is total diferent. I guess it'll a good and fun game.
digital version pls
So you hope it's a failure, the TCGs they run that failed as a last option to attract new players give them an online game.
If I have a Japanese deck, am I allowed to use it on tourneys and casual matches? Can I also use Japanese and English Decks mixed from the same series?
I don't know about Tournaments but you can do whatever you want in Casual Matches
Honestly, im just hoping the jjk decks will be fun. And that the games just take like 10 minutes
I prefer One Piece because there is more interaction. Interaction is what makes a Card Game interesting and fun: Block, Counter, Card effects. To make some attacks more powerful with Don-Cards is also fun. In One Piece TCG you have to calculate, it is not just about beeing lucky, you have to use brain :D. Make more Card Games like One PIece or Poker, where you have to decide and interact a lot. A Card should be able to use in many different ways. That's the key!
Best Card Games so far are One Piece and Flesh&Blood
This seems kinda convoluted. I'm still very confused... But I don't think I really care too much I guess. The cards look tacky tbh... I think I'll just stick to One Piece personally.
Over-complicating the gameplay just bogs down the actual point of the game
This sounds literally like Weiss Schwarz
The problem is too much going on to make the bare bones-based attack, play card attack or defend with its end turn, and sometimes use an unit's effect
true, still the only 2 animes union arena has that I like is JJK but especially Code Geass, so.. I guess I'll stick with Weiss@@zuniversegaming3431
No wonder no one plays Weiss. Shit sounds horrible
@@andresgenshinclips4229 it is an excellent idea on paper, but then, in practice, it has way too many in-game rules/mechanics just to do the premise of what your deck is supposed to do
This is way worst than Weiss schrawz. Weiss is not too bad.
this is bandai's seventh game. im interested in this game, but bandai please chill out.
See this children? This is how you design a game thats gonna die in a year. Make sure it has cluncky rules and multiple untap steps for practicaly no reason.
Bro just drop the digimon tcg video game 🤦🏾♂️
This is a collector's card game, like Weiß. It's not meant to be played.
Another game sheeeee
This would be fine as digital, but we already got Weiss schwartz
🇫🇷 Release FRENCH Cards ! 🇫🇷
J'espère aussi...
why not in English?
@@sunisshining1582 Because English is NOTHING in the ENTIRE WORLD.
Deal with it.
@@The-GaYmer Bandai is printing to less One Piece Cards in English. I do not think they will print them in Spanish, French nor in Italian.
deal with it :).
This stinks on ice
Weiss Schwartz and Universus (and now Magic) are already doing the multi-IP thing
Universus is so underrated
UniVersus I really like, but it’s not as popular and I hope it gets bigger bc it’s doing great things and the Godzilla deck looks amazing
jank game
It has somewhat of a concept of Weis Schwarz, but it’s nothing like it… God I swear people will buy any garbage Bandai makes.
This game is dog water
People do play Weiss Schwarz. And explain how this game is bad without using the obvious reason of "oh you can't mix animes"
I think we can all agree that this is objectively their worst current card game.
This is just a Magic clone with literal extra steps. I design TCGs for fun and I would not have took this past the first play test.
its kinda more like Duel masters
@@duelmastershideout278 Duel Masters is a simplified Magic clone literally
just delete this project you are making the game way to confusing
